Beautiful two bedroom Sullivan's Island vacation rental, located beachfront Sullivan's Island vacation rental on historic Sullivan's Island.

This Sullivan's Island vacation rental is a beautifully decorated with charm and comfort to match the 100+ year old home. The home is directly beside Fort Moultrie and has views of Ft. Sumter, the historic church steeples of Charleston and all surrounding islands. At night, you can enjoy the lights of the new Cooper River Bridge and the Sullivan's Island light house. Dolphins are usually at play out front and you can see them swimming in the ocean.
This is the best view in Charleston.

Sunsets are amazing and you will be breath taken by the view from this home. Sunsets are spectacular, which you can view from the front porch or the chairs by the sea at this Sullivan's Island vacation rental. This is a dream location!! Rates are based on weekly occupancy and monthly rates are also available. Summer months and holiday weeks are booking, so please call for reservations and more information. Three night rental are also available, just email the owner.
If you have seen the movie 'Dear John' then you have seen the sunsets and view of the moon from our porch. The green beach house that was used in filming is located next door. Hollywood was very lucky to have found such a beautiful place to film!

Sullivan's Island Vacation rental can be rented monthly or weekly. Three night stays may be available based on availability. Please write owner for information.
Summer weekly rentals have Saturday check in and out.

My family had an excellent time on Sullivan's Island! The house was perfect for us and the location can't be beat! The beach is just a short walk away across the lawn and has spectacular views of Charleston and Fort Sumter. The host was always quick to respond to my messages and was very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property!

Beach Getaway

Good/nice. The hose was convenient for rinsing off shoes and feet, the enclosed porch was nice. The other (either guests or residents) were all pleasant. Bed, towels and linens were good and plentiful. We enjoyed our visit, the restaurants and ice cream shop were great.

Great location!

The location is fantastic - the beach, the sunset views, views of/proximity to downtown Charleston. The property is exactly as the pictures show: cozy and modest. It is a perfect place to spend a few days!

Fantastic location with lots of charm

The location is fantastic and the house is well-stocked with essentials. There is lots of character in this old property with lots of original materials. However, if you are looking for frills or modern touches this property is not for you. We loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay - Again!

Our third visit to Sullivan's and this unit. Perfect location. Beach access and view is amazing. Walking distance to restaurants. Owner is incredibly responsive and worked very hard to make sure everything was great during our stay. Highly Recommended!!!!

Such a great beach cottage. Beds were really comfortable, there were plenty of glasses, plates and cooking needs in the kitchen, the view and accessibility to the beach were Fabulous. Heather was so helpful and easy to talk to. Looking forward to going back!

Perfect location!

Perfect location right on what seems to be a popular beach. Beautiful town with lots to do, even if is super congested on the weekends. Cool historic locations nearby. Hosts were great and very clear with communications. Unit is in a historic 4 plex with reserved parking. Was very old with character but clean and had all the amenities you needed for your stay.

This is absolutely my favorite vacation spot. It has a great beach cottage charm and location. Don't change a thing. Best place on the island to view mango sunsets!

Stunning location!

The location was perfect and the accommodations were beautiful and clean. Watching the sunsets and ships was a wonderful and unique experience. The rental process was so easy and the property owner very quick to respond. We had zero issues/problems with the property. Will absolutely book here again! Wish we could stay longer!

Fantastic Rental

Great and Relaxing Week

Place was exactly as shown and described. Like the location. Easy walk to local restaurants and bars. Coffee every morning on the screened in porch staring out at the water views. Beach area out front. Everything you need in the place and owners are very responsive to any questions that we had. Had a great time!

Sunsets and Stars

Amazing location, right on the beach and incredible views of Ft Sumter and the harbor. The property is full of character - and history - with an updated bathroom and sink. If you are willing to forgo shiny and new you will be rewarded with an outstanding experience right next to Fort Moutrie on the quiet end of the island. We rented bikes and enjoyed the neighborhood and nature trails nearby. We would definitely rent this property again and appreciate the great communication and amenities.

Perfect Sullivan’s Island get away

We had such a relaxing visit. The cottage was perfect, had everything we needed. We didn’t miss a sunset during our visit, spectacular. Morning walks on the beach were a great start to each day. The property owner, Heather, was more than accommodating. Sipping morning coffee on the screen porch and ending the day sitting by the water with a glass of wine was delightful! Already looking forward to our ne t visit.

This is our 3rd time in this home but the first time we stayed in this particular unit (4 units). The view is incredible & it’s like having your own private beach. The house was clean, quaint & perfect for just us. The bed was very comfortable & the kitchen had all we needed for the little cooking we did. The porch was our favorite hang out spot;). We can’t wait to return!

I love homes and historic properties and this house has a very special feeling and has always been my favorite place to spend time.
The sunsets are beautiful here. The condo is also very beautiful and relaxing.

This property stands out from other rentals. It is kept very clean and clutter free. The furnishings are all very nice and cared for very well. I am not only the owner but the property manager. I take a lot of pride in providing great customer service for renters.
