If shade and fans are not what you are looking for, step out onto the sundeck overlooking the large backyard, palm trees, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

We do not have direct access to the beach, but there is a wonderful boardwalk two houses down with easy access to the beach.
Please note that the house has a spiral staircase. You can also access the 2nd floor from the garage or from the 2nd floor deck.
