This professionally decorated first floor end unit is located in a gated community just a five minute walk to the golf club or the shops at Ko'Olina Station. Each bedroom features a King Bed with lots of pillows, and ample closet space. There are two big screen TVs along with access to wireless and unlimited telephone usage. Enjoy the peaceful lanai for enjoying coffee in morning or cocktails in the evening. Great for grilling dinner too! Towels, Linens, and Pool Towels are all provided, along with a nicely equipped kitchen with all the necessities. In the attached garage are some beach toys and snorkeling fins and masks. And there's a wagon for hauling the kids or beach chairs/towels down to the lagoons. Membership in the Ko'Olina Club is included, providing access to the fitness center and tennis facilities at the golf club just steps away. (10% discount at many Ko'Olina shops and restaurants too!) The villa is ideal for those who have mobility issues. No steps, and the master has a walk-in shower with grab bars and built-in seat.

Our family had an amazing stay. We come out to Ko Olina every year and Laytons condo is now our favorite.The location is excellent, not only it is quiet and private, but the proximity to the shops, beaches and restaurants is very convenient.The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay.Communication was great and easy. Looking forward to returning.

The Villa was perfect - roomy, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was great and the neighborhood was safe and neighbors and staff were friendly. The pool in the complex was absolutely beautiful.The owner and property manager were welcoming, responsive, and communicated well and clearly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Amazing property

We were very impressed with our stay at this property. The property was very clean, had a great location with friendly neighbours, and exceeded our expectations. Home away from home in

This place is so homey and in an excellent location if you're looking for a quiet getaway but be close for easy access to drive around Oahu. The owners are pleasant and easy to communicate with should you need anything. I was really sad when we had to leave as the place really felt like home.

7 weeks in ko olina

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Beds are comfortable, appliances worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. Ko olina is a paradise- really a special place! We will be back!

Great stay

Pictures are accurate with kithcen appliances that have been updated. Ac and fans worked well. Neighborhood was great for the kids. Manager and owner were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Our Oahu Adventure

My wife and I have been on three other Hawaiian Islands over the last 20 years, and this was the first time for my wife on Oahu. She was absolutely blown away by the splendor and beauty on Oahu. We both loved staying in Ko Olina and we would definitely do so again when coming to Oahu. Our accommodations here were above expectations.

Everything went well with the process and the property manager was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to get a new knife set...the knives were so dull we couldn't cut anything.

Quiet retreat in a splendid resort town

Ko'olina is a wonderful resort area to stay in. This home is located in a quite area with nice amenities. The walk to the lagoons is nice and the lagoons themselves are fabulous. Staying in Ko'olina is highly recommend by me and I would love to return! This property was nicely decorated and felt comfy for our family of 5. We enjoyed it immensely! A few items we're broken, so we let the owner know and they were going to make the repairs. Everything else was wonderful.

This property is in a great location - a 15 minute walk to lagoons 1 & 2. Got our morning exercise along the paved 2-mile walking path overlooking the lagoons; good golfing at the Ko Olina course. Food shopping is close by. Many tours pick you up at the Aulani resort (to Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, Circle Island tour, etc.). Owner and property manager were easy to work with; owner responded quickly to our emails and dealt with issues effectively. Mahalo!

One of the most beautiful stays of us...

Due to technical delays, we arrived a little later than expected but had no problem at all. The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was marvellous clean and the community is just superb. No, honestly, we were on Oahu now a couple of times and Ko'Olina is in our view the most beautiful spot to be. And this house just matched our expectations. Even a lot of beach stuff was there, so we did not need to buy something new. Would always love to come back!

Excellent location, great place

It was our second trip to Koolina, and we truly fall in love with this place again! Properly is located in gated community Koolina Kai, walking distance to restaurants, store, beaches. Very convenient location. Beautiful unit with all nessesary utilities. Kitchen was equipped with all nessesary stuff, it was very easy to cook and enjoy our stay. 2 huge rooms, a lot of space. Easy communication with property management and owner. During our stay we had only 1 issue, but we have resolved it and it did not bother our stay and did not effect our overall experience. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Very happy!

Great villa in a nice location

We stayed in this villa for 6 weeks and we had an amazing time. The neighborhood is beautiful, and workers always keep it nice and clean. The unit has a nice floor plan, the kitchen is well equipped, the patio is quiet and has shade most of the day, the pool is very nice, the new BBQs at the pool are new and high quality. It is 5 minutes’ walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and stores and of course close to the lagoons. At the beginning of our trip the owners bought new knives to replace the dull ones that were in the unit. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The Wi-Fi is great in the unit and at the pool. We will come back!

Wir waren für 4 Wochen im Dezember dort. Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Es ist alles top gepflegt und die gesamte Nachbarschaft ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und wären am liebsten nie wieder abgereist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Perfect Location

I visited this property for a month and i nothing but great things to say. The check in process was smooth and the property manager Warren was great and easy to get a hold of. The house was clean and had a ton of pool/beach accessories. It's conveniently located near the major resorts and awesome lagoons. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants a nice relaxing location.

Spacious

A nice spacious and quiet condo in a beautiful community with nice walking trails and close to beaches. Good kitchen for cooking, good internet and cable TV, nice lanai, comfortable beds. The lanai and indoor seating could be more comfortable.

Wonderful and Relaxing

ALOHA!!! We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is 5 mins to Roys and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Lagoons. You can walk to the other restaurants and the ABC store. It is a close drive to Costco, Target & Safeway. The bikes, water tubes, towels, chairs and a wagon were awesome to have at the property. Walking distance to the community pool/spa. It is very quiet. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and everyone is so pleasant. The place is nicely decorated/comforting and the beds are very comfortable. Needs a little updating in the kitchen appliances, supplies and bathrooms, but it has what you need. The owner of the property is awesome and responds promptly. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. We are Layton and Maureen Dodson from Fogelsville, PA. We're retired and love to visit our son and his family in Hawaii. Over the years, we've fallen in love with Ko'Olina and decided to purchase a place of our own for our visits. We spend our days walking the lagoons, watching the sunsets, swimming with our grandchildren and taking them to the shops for a treat! We look forward to dinners at the Monkey Pod and Roy's, both just a five minute walk from our place.

Ko'Olina is special and we just wanted to be a part of it. Our villa is centrally located to all the activities in the resort, and an easy walk to the shops at Ko'Olina Station, the Lagoons and the Golf Course. The villa is a perfect size for us, and gives us room to entertain family and friends when they come over to visit.
