This spacious, ultra luxury villa is located on the sunny and dry west coast of the island of Oahu in the world-class, oceanfront Ko Olina Resort and Marina.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, there is no need to lug your beach gear, groceries, etc. up and down stairs or wait for an elevator.

Our rates are a bargain compared with 5-Star hotel rates for two families traveling together, or a family requiring two hotel rooms. And most families prefer a spacious villa versus a cramped hotel room.

The Master Bedroom Suite also features lovely tropical furnishings, California King Bed, large flat screen TV, en suite master bathroom with dual sinks, tiled walk-in shower, and immediate access to the private lanai.

The Guest Bedroom Suite continues with beautiful tropical furnishings, two XL twin beds, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en suite guest bathroom, and a second private lanai.

Modern, fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, top quality appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three. The lovely dining room features an elegant table for six and immediate access to the private lanai.

Peaceful/Tranquil

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful spot within the Ko 'Olina area of O'ahu. Mornings on the covered lanai utilizing the ceiling fan and drinking beverages. The property was well and thoughtfully stocked with almost anything you could want to use for the beach/touristy things so that you don't have to worry about bringing them with you nor rushing out to buy floats, chairs, towels, etc. Also, the option to pay additional fees for the use of a golf cart or a vehicle was a surprise.

Great place to stay

Randall and Kitty were very easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed, and more. We Loved the golf cart! They had all we needed for the beach available for our use, even beach towels, and snorkel gear. We would definitely recommend staying in this home. We REALLY hated to leave, and hope to go back again soon. to go back

Super condo

This condo was immaculate and in pristine condition. It has all the amenities and an enormous amount of supplies. The location to all Ko Olina activities is another plus. Katherine and Randall were a pleasure to work with and it was great meeting Randall at the beginning of our stay. It is a great rental, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent vacation home!

This was the perfect place to stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Hawaii. All we had to do it buy food and plan our activities. Very easy to communicate with the owners with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience with my first VRBO

I was very pleased. This unit had everything one would expect from an VRBO. Plenty of extra towels and beddings available. Kitchen was very well supplied (dishes, cookware, bakeware, utensils, serving bowls/platters and kitchen appliances). Unit was very clean and, since our home is shoe-free, I enjoyed walking barefooted inside. It was definitely nice to have the beach chairs and ice box available too. Neighborhood is beautiful, very nice, peaceful and well maintained. On our list should we need a VRBO in the area.

Beautiful condo

Location was perfect. We walked to the beautiful lagoons every day. We walked around the development to see the pools which were very nice, but ended up at the beach instead. The condo had every amenitiy that we have at home. It was a perfect home away from home. The lanai was nice for morning coffee or afternoon naps. Bring your house slippers, this is a ‘shoe free’ house as we found most in Hawaii are because of the red clay everywhere.

Perfect Place in Paradise!

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo with my family. Location is perfect as it is close to cool shops and great restaurants. Plus, you are just steps away from the white sand beaches of Oahu! The condo was also in pristine condition with all the amenities you need for a wonderful vacation in Hawaii. Will be back again!!

Paradise Found!!!

This is the first review I have ever given, we were so impressed with this condo! We have rented homes all over the world but this little gem is by far the most well equipped we have had the pleasure to stay in. Highly recommend renting out the golf cart for carrying all the beach equipment, it was always nice to skip the long lines and park immediately. The peaceful location is perfect if you have a car to explore the rest of the island, which is so easy to navigate, just avoid rush hour! Katherine and Randall were an absolute pleasure to work with, your condo is a credit to you both. Thank-You for going out of your way to make our time in paradise perfect!!!

#BEST VACATION PLACE EVER!!!

We showed up and all the instructions got us into the gated community and then we opened up the door to find an awesome condo that is VERY FULLY FURNISHED! It really had anything/everything you can think of in this place. In the garage, there was beach chairs, umbrellas, masks, snorkels, boogie boards, and many other toys for the pool and the beach. We didn't rent the golf cart, but we enjoyed just being able to walk to the lagoon's anyway. You are a 7 minute walk to lagoon 1 and then you just follow the path to the next lagoon until you get all the way to lagoon 4. We loved doing sunset walks and Ko Olina is such a beautiful place to be in. There is not much parking, but since we had parking in the gated community, we could walk everywhere and never had to worry about trying to find parking like everyone else. 3-4 miles away you have anything you need (Costco, Target, Wal-mart, Safeway, etc...). There are several restaurants you can walk to right outside the gated community, but some are too pricey for my budget. It was easier to just go to the grocery store and buy food and bring it back to the condo and cook. The grill on the back lanai was great to use for me! We invited friends that we knew that lived in Hawaii to come over and everyone that came out that way were all just so in awe and impressed at the area, the community, the condo, and of course my cooking; which of course I had everything in the Condo to help me with that. The condo is right in the middle of the complex and smack dab in between the 2 pools. The only problem with that was figuring out which pool to go to. You will need a rental car if you stay at the condo as you'll need to drive to get groceries, stuff, sight see, etc...If I were to ever need a place to stay in Hawaii again, I'd stay here everytime! Katherine was very easy to work with and any questions I had were answered quickly. We had a leak in the kitchen sink and called her and she had someone there to fix it super fast. If you are looking for a more peaceful, relaxing area than Waikiki, you need to rent this place in Ko 'Olina. You won't be sorry!

Wonderful Stay

We've lived in Hawaii many years. We came back to spend the month of Aug to get out of the Texas heat. Kathrine was so wonderful. We got in later than expected, but she took care of everything. The condo was much more than we expected. She has thought of everything. The golf cart was wonderful. We used it everday to go to the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated. We will be back!

Goldilocks Would Approve

* Well appointed - lots of spare towels & linens, premium bed sheets, a wide array of beach gear for adults and kids, golf cart, BBQ, AC & ceiling fans, and fully equipped kitchen including spices, rice cooker, blender, the whole shebang. * Peaceful location - in the middle of the grounds so no traffic noise; much more low-key and relaxing than the big hotel resorts across the street. Main pool was not crowded and is designed for all ages, right down to toddlers. * Perfect for a family of four (but could sleep six with the hide-a-bed couch in the living room). * Nice to be on the ground floor - cooler; no stairs for those with young children or old knees. * Very clean, very organized, and nicely decorated. * Two-minute walk to groceries, shops, and restaurants. * Katherine was a responsive host and provided very detailed instructions. * We have no reservations about making future reservations again.

Great condo, location, and friendly owner. Golf cart was a plus!

My parents, brother, and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2016. We all loved the condo, its location, and the golf cart. Kathy was extremely friendly and helpful when making the arrangements. The condo was clean, modern, well decorated, and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The patio furniture was perfect for us and we ate all our meals out on the lanai. The condo was close to both pools and we thoroughly enjoyed the smaller pool which also had a nice jacuzzi. The nearby lagoons were all well maintained and great for swimming. They were not overpopulated like Waikiki beach is. Our favorites were the 2nd and 3rd lagoons. We opted to rent the golf cart and it was a great way to get to the lagoons as well as the shopping/restaurant area (at the entrance to the condo complex). The main road through Ko Olina was a four lane road but it had wide bike lanes in both directions which were also designated for golf carts. So it was not scary to drive the golf cart around. Each of the lagoons had at least 1 parking spot designated for golf carts, plus we were given permission to park next to the bike racks. So we never had a problem parking. We were surprised that the golf cart spots were always available while their was often a wait for a car spot. The 4th lagoon, at the Marina, had the most car parking and a ton of golf cart parking. Another benefit of the Ko Onlina area was that it was on the dry side of the island which sheltered us from a few rainstorms that happened in other parts of the island. But, in spite of being the dry side, the landscaping was kept nice and green. The nearby Kapolei area provided both a Costco and a Walmart. Plus the Costco had a gas station. So we were able to get all our groceries and gas for reasonable prices. Thinking of Costco, we thoroughly enjoyed their pineapple and brought 2 of them back with us. Plus we got some huge and tasty king crab legs (seaonal) from Costco. In the past, we have stayed in Waikiki as well as Maui and the big island. And we all agreed that this condo and the Ko Olina area was our best experience in Hawaii. We are looking forward to returning to this condo again in the future.

To get an understanding of why we have been back to Katherine & Randall's awesome villa for 3 of the last 4 years just read our post first post. Koolina & this villa are truly paradise! We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Excellent vacation rental. Would return without hesitation.

I recently stayed in this condo with 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, comfortable, and a short walking distance to several restaurants, retail shops, a small market, golf course, and Lagoon 1. The location has easy access to H1 so driving to other parts of the island was a breeze. The gated community is quiet and feels very safe. I have stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and this one is, without a doubt, the most well-stocked. It has everything you need from kitchen items, cleaning supplies, extra linens, and beach gear. The golf cart made getting around Ko Olina fun and easy. The owners are very responsive and professional. I am already looking at my 2017 calendar to figure out when I can return. You won’t regret staying here.

Exceeds ALL our expectations - Year 3. (Visit years one and two reviews)

It was with long faces and heavy hearts that we packed our bags to leave this beautiful paradise that is known as KoOlina. This was our third year in as many years and, as always, we could NOT find ONE thing to complain about. Again this year our Daughter, Son-in-Law and 5 and 6 year old Grandsons joined us. That six guests could fit comfortably in this Villa for a month is an indication as to the size of this lovely unit. Again we rented the Golf Cart which made our entire stay so much more convenient. We never had trouble parking at the lagoons and when we chose to dine at the restaurants in the various hotels on site the convenience driving in the golf cart eliminated the valet fees. Our Grandsons learned to swim the first year, got better the second year and learned how to stand and ride in on the (provided) boogie boards in year three. It is inconceivable that Katherine and Randall are able to anticipate every amenity that their guests could ever want. The decor is high end in beautiful condition and the beds, bedding and bathroom amenities are luxurious. All are better than any high-end Hotel where we have stayed. That KoOlina offers shops, restaurants in the hotels, beaches, pools, close proximity to additional shopping, close proximity to the High End Outlet Mall and the restaurants in Kapolei has been an added bonus to what has been an amazing opportunity provided to us by Randy and Kitty. There are many vacation rentals and options available in Hawaii but we would NEVER consider looking to any other unit to book.

Lovely Villa

Katherine's villa was as advertised. It was well equipped and so comfortable. I loved the patio with a nice table for 4 and 2 lounges. The barbecue was also a plus. I had the golf cart which was such a neat way to get around. I would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic

Fantastic condo everything you could possibly need is supplied. Extremely well equipped kitchen for making your own meals. Beautiful location with a pool 5 minutes walk away. There is an ABC grocery store located just outside of the complex and also a "MonkeyPod" restaurant which was very good. The owners are great.... there condo is rented with the idea you only have to bring your clothes.

Home away from home

Randall and Katherine's home was the perfect spot in Ko'Olina. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the condo is nice as the bedrooms are separated by the living space. The grounds are well kept. The shopping area couldn't be better accessed than from this home either by walking or by golf cart. The beach was really close and easy to walk to. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others looking for a stay in this area. It was a pleasure booking with Randall and Katherine.

Exceeds all our expectations - Again!

We returned in 2014 for a second wonderful visit to this Coconut Plantation unit. Beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable is the best way to describe this beautiful unit. It is exactly as described on VRBO and all visitors will not be disappointed. The kitchen is well appointed with every utensil, appliance, or dish one might need. The towels (including beach towels), linens, and cleaning items are well stocked and of top quality. The owners are so mindful of ensuring that every renter's needs are accommodated that they encourage their guests to advise them of anything that could make their stay even more comfortable. We have found that there has NEVER been anything overlooked by these owners. The patio is located in a mostly shaded and very quiet area and has a wonderful gas grille, a large table with very comfortable swivel chairs, and 2 cozy chaise lounges. The nearest pool and hot tub is only about 100 steps away from the patio. Convenient but away from any pool noise. The golf cart is a wonderful option. We used it daily to go to the beach, restaurants, and shop. It's easier to park than a car. The attached garage is a nice place to keep the rental car under wraps. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our return already for 2015. We travel a lot and there are so many vacation options available for travelers in today's world. That we choose to visit this spectacular location owned by attentive and generous owners who have entrusted us with their home is a testament to the character of the owners. This will be our THIRD visit in as many years and we can't wait to return. If you reference our previous Review "Exceeds our Expectations - Part one from 2013" you will see that our accolades are consistent. We feel lucky to visit Hawaii every year and that we found such an amazing "Home Away From Home" in which to stay.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

This condo is exactly as described and fully stocked with anything you could need or want, it is also very clean. The Coconut Plantation was very quiet and we loved having the pools and hot tubs to use as well. Ko’ Olina is a very beautiful area and staying in this condo enhanced our whole vacation! We absolutely loved having the golf cart to use and to get around whether we were going to the lagoons or needed to pick something up from the market, the golf cart made it so convenient. We can’t wait to go to Oahu again and would only stay at this vacation rental! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Beautiful Villa

This was our fourth visit to the Coconut Plantation, although our first to this particular unit and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. It is beautifully appointed (as the pictures depict), immaculate and every detail/amenity has been looked after, you can simply unpack and enjoy yourself. The grounds and nearby beach coves are stunning. We would also highly recommend renting the golf cart, although not necessary to get around, it was very convenient and alot of fun to explore all Ko'Olina has to offer. The Owners were very gracious and informative hosts, we were pleased with every aspect of this villa, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to many future visits.

Nice and quiet

Our family spent the month of November in this condo. The condo and the whole ko Olina grounds are immaculately kept. It was great with our 2 kids under 5 to swim in the lagoons as there is very little waves because of the break water. I would recommend getting the golf cart. It made going to the beach with chairs and beach toys a breeze. The condo itself was great. Very nicely furnished and decorated. It was nice to have a BBQ, full kitchen and laundry. The owners of the condo were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. All in all no complaints and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Beautiful Ko Olina Get-A-Way

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in this gorgeous 2 bedroom first floor condo. The descriptions and pictures of the property were totally accurate and very lovely. The location was perfect and close to so many amenities. This property was immaculate and very well maintained. We were extremely comfortable and hope to eventually return.

Great Family Vacation Home

We loved our stay! I am a frugal, neat freak housewife who hates crowded vacation spots. This home was clean, stylish, and well maintained. They worked with us every step of the way to make our trip pleasurable! WE DEFINITELY PLAN TO RETURN. Close to the beaches, without the crowds of Waikiki. Yet close enough to Waikiki to make frequent trips with little effort. This is absolutely the best place to stay for a family vacation on Oahu.

Wonderful Vacation!

We have the most wonderful vacation in the Coconut Plantation. The home we stayed in was just perfect for us. Communication between the owner and us was very efficient. We were able to go the condo directly from the airport, a little early which made it so convenient for us. We found it to be clean, roomy and well stocked. It was fantastic to find it stocked with some of the basics that you need on vacation but don't want to have to buy. The golf cart made our families vacation as well. It was so easy to load up and head to the lagoons for the day or to the golf course. We loved all the amenities that were included, found the home to be gorgeous, would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay on Oahu and would stay here again for sure!!!
