Private home. 4.5 miles to Belleayre Ski Mountain. Surround yourself with relaxation and comfort in this 3 story open air hideaway on 20 acres. Panoramic Windows and light throughout. Enter the property along a long winding driveway, passing a historic barn and ending at a mountain top retreat. Privacy at it's finest.

The main level features an open spacious living area which flows into the dining area and kitchen. Featured in the living room are panoramic windows, a century old stone fireplace, beamed ceiling, hardwood floors, and birch tree accents. Deep couches and chairs with handmade local wood sourced accent tables. Eight are comfortably accommodated around the 100 + year old dining table and the kitchen bar counter easily accommodates 4. Morning coffee on the adjoining stone terrace or on the wooden covered porch starts the day out right with 270 degree views of the property, including the historic barn and 50 foot swimming pool.
Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom and guest room. The master features a king bed with the most comfortable king pillow-top mattress and beautiful bedding as well as an adjacent full bath surrounded in marble with bathtub and separate shower stall. The views from the master bedroom are glorious, with Slide Mountain the tallest in the Catskills 30 miles off in the distance The guest room features 2 twin beds with Adirondack style furnishings. The views here of a beautiful 5 acre meadow with a giant Sycamore.

Below the main living area, you will find the entertainment room, two additional bedrooms and full bath finished in jade marble. The entertainment room comes complete with a large and most comfortable sectional with reclining seats, 55" screen TV and ping pong table. One bedroom features a queen bed with antique wood headboard and the adjoining room offers 2 twin beds. Washer and dryer are also available on this level.
While either a fun day on the slopes in the winter or after a nice hike or day of fishing in the summer, you will surely feel at home when returning to your upstate 5 star resort!

Wonderful Catskills getaway

Peter’s property is fantastic. We came for a long weekend and loved the beautiful outlook, open space, and swimming pool. Peter is a super friendly and responsive host and helped out with great local recommendations. We will be back.

Lovely home with a fantastic pool!

We had a great time during our stay in this beautiful home. Peter was very helpful prior to our arrival by sending information about the house and local area. The home itself is well maintained and spacious with the most amazing view. We spent most days sitting by the pool and relaxing.

The views from main balcony are simply breath-taking -- there is beauty 10 feet away, 10 miles away and everything in between. On two separate occasions, early in the morning, I had a humming bird fly within inches of where I was sitting . Other highlights:- Excellent pool, kept nice and warm.- Well equipped kitchen.- Tons of natural light- Attentive, but unobtrusive owner. Shared helpful tips.- Beautiful groundsMy daughters really liked the big TV and comfy couch (not surprisingly)

PERFECTION in the Catskills

Look no further and book this house. The pictures do not do this house justice. The house is beautifully decorated, super clean, and spacious. The views from the windows were stunning. The property and pool were everything we could have wanted and more. I went with a group of girls and we had an absolute wonderful time. Peter is also an amazing host and extremely responsive. I highly recommend booking this property you will not be disappointed.

The Best House We've Ever Rented

The property is pristine with plenty of space for a family to relax and recharge - with magnificent views all around. The layout of the house is incredibly thoughtful, filled with lots of comfortable and inviting indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The beds were VERY comfortable. Our group had 4 small children ages 3-6. We didn't need to bring much for them, plenty of outdoor space for them to roam, a treehouse, books and legos available. This kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook amazing meals. The owner, Peter, had solid recommendations for getting the most out of the property and the local area. This was a trip we will never forget.

Great place for an escape

Peter was a fantastic host with a gorgeous house/property. The views are breathtaking (the photos don’t do it justice) and the house is very comfortable for a group of friends. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Peaceful, welcoming retreat

This is a very special place. In many ways it's the best of both rental-house worlds: it's clearly someone's cherished family home (mature, gorgeous landscaping, quirky antique furniture), but it's also comfortable and welcoming (fluffy new towels, wine in the fridge). My personal favorite part was the pool. It is a heated, saline pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping--essentially the perfect pool, inside a fenced garden. We spent the whole week in the pool and it really made our vacation. Close behind on the list were the spectacular views! The house is oriented toward rolling, wooded hills and we had not expected how much we would enjoy watching the fog roll over the hills and the light change over the course of the day. The house itself is well laid out, spacious, and comfortable, with great bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Overall, a really wonderful place for a perfect family vacation.

A Perfect gateway weekend!

Fantastic gateway weekend ! near Bellayre Ski Mountain. The house is very comfortable, spacious and very clean. The property grounds are safe and private . The views from every angle were spectacular. The owner , Peter, is so caring and responsive. We highly enjoyed it . Thank you !

Wonderful winter weekend getaway

We stayed at this beautiful property over a long winter weekend in February. With 4 adults and 4 small children this house was absolutely perfect. The house is spacious, clean with stunning views. The children enjoyed sleigh riding on the property, and also loved the spacious basement. House has everything you need for a cozy and very comfortable getaway. Peter was such a wonderful host - super responsive and easy to work with from start to finish - would 100% recommend staying at this house!

Perfection

We just finished our 2-week stay at this property and can’t wait to go back. It was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, the yard and grounds are stunning, and the pool is incredible. We were two families of 4 and we barely left the property because there was so much to do and so much space to play. We swam every day and pools really don’t get better than this one. Peter was a delight to deal with and so on top of everything. The pictures don’t even do it justice. I cannot rave enough about this place and our wonderful stay. We definitely plan to return!

AMAZING! 5 STARS! NOTHING BUT AMAZING THINGS TO SAY!

Everything about our stay was absolutely INCREDIBLE. This property is beyond stunning — the views are gorgeous, the house is comfy and clean, and the pool is so lovely. Pictures truly can’t do it justice - every corner of the property is beautiful in its own way! We were literally shouting OMG as we drove up the driveway upon arrival. It was such a treat to spend a week at a property with so much space and privacy - we truly never wanted to leave! The property itself is sprawling — perfectly secluded for privacy and beautiful views, but close enough to nearby towns for dinners, food shopping, and more. The house itself had everything we needed: - Spacious, well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking big group meals - Living room with stunning panoramic views. The perfect spot to crawl up with a book and the mountains in the distance. - Downstairs den with a large TV and comfy couch for movie nights. - Porch with the most beautiful mountain views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and yoga session - Outdoor patio and grill to enjoy summer evenings - Clean and comfy bedrooms - Amazing pool - it was to die for! The perfect temperature and so refreshing. - Adirondack chairs on the lawn for an evening drink Peter was beyond accommodating and nice from the day we made our reservation. He was readily available for any questions, and kind in all his communications. The check-in and check-out processes were super simple. We had no issues or complaints during our stay!We cannot recommend this property enough for your next getaway. We are already discussing when we can plan our next trip to Fleischmanns.

Excellent summertime country escape

The house and property exceeded expectations for me and my friends. The grounds were beautifully kept and incredibly private. The large in-ground pool was the major draw and it did not disappoint. Lots of great space to spread out and gather together. Enjoyed the fire pit while seeing stars and fire flies - magical!

Amazing stay!

We had such an amazing stay on this gorgeous property! From the moment we booked, Peter answered all our questions super quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better summer weekend getaway! Amazing views and beautful home

Amazing

Not enough words to describe this beautiful property. The home is very comfortable and clean. Inside the home: spacious, clean, modern . The bedrooms have beautiful views and the beds are super comfortable. The owner, Peter, equips the home with everything needed. Now, the outdoors; wow! There is so much green area, you won't know what to do with yourself. The pool area is clean, huge and just perfect. If you rent this home, you won't regret it. We're looking forward to renting this home in the future. The owner is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thanks Peter!

Idyllic

This home is the perfect combination of recreation and relaxation. Our three boys divided their time between the basement game room and backyard pool. My husband completed a puzzle on the the dining room table while admiring the mountain view. And I settled into the grassy glen beside the patio with a stack of summer novels. Perfection!
