3 bedroom self-catering apartment rural setting with large fenced pool nr Ronda

Gracias por su evaluación y lamento que no haya quedado completamente satisfecho. Para ser honesto, estábamos muy reacios a aceptar un grupo tan grande, pero usted insistió. No es de extrañar que el sistema de agua caliente no siempre pudiera hacer frente, ya que no está diseñado para que 8 personas se duchen y se bañen una tras otra. No es cierto decir que no había recogedor ni arbusto... incluso te lo mostramos debajo del fregadero de la cocina. ¿Por qué inventar esto? En cuanto al camino de acceso, no es perfecto, pero este es el campo y no está bajo nuestro control. ¿Esperabas una súper autopista de tres carriles hasta el alojamiento? Obtuvimos muy poco de su corta estadía después de toda la limpieza y la calefacción (ahora) muy costosa... especialmente después de la comisión, lo que hace que su crítica tibia sea bastante deprimente. ¿Puedo sugerir que antes de reservar más alojamiento lea la descripción más a fondo? En ninguna parte dice que hay una chimenea ni dice que el check-out es a las 11 y no a las 10. Sin embargo, amablemente permitimos una breve extensión a pesar de que teníamos nuevos invitados que llegaban después del mediodía y había mucho que limpiar. Saludos cordiales...

Dear Rachael Thanks for your candid review and we are very happy you all enjoyed your stay here. The last 200 metres of public road to our gates was damaged during the unprecedented storms of October 2018 and although we have since patched it up with our own money we are still waiting for the council to improve it further. They have assured us that this will be done before the end of this year. It is not true to say it is only suitable for 4x4s. We have had a busy season and all our guests have hired normal little hire cars and not had any problems coming from and going to the holiday-let. The fridge is a pretty normal sized one although the freezer compartment is not suitable for anything other than ice-creams and ice. We are looking into finding a mini-freezer that we can put on the kitchen work surface. We are always scrupulously honest about our descriptions which is reflected in all the other excellent reviews of the Farmhouse Apartment. Of all the 11 reviews (except yours) posted on this HomeAway listing all bar two have given us 5 stars...the other two four. Yours is our very first 3 star one since marketing the property back in 2008...so we are pretty confident we are doing something right.
