All linens are provided, including your beach towels and comfortable beach chairs. The master bedroom is large with it's own Gulf of Mexico viewing deck. We know that this home is truly a place to remember, generation after generation. Start your adventure with a three minute ride on the car ferry - - it will change your whole attitude!! Our house is literally "right on the beach" - closer to the water than any other house on Don Pedro. The island has an abundance of wildlife and natural beauty. There are a number of indigenous gopher tortoises, otters, bobcats, bald eagles and rabbits. There is a variety of birds including osprey, pelicans, great blue herons, frigate birds, sea gulls and owls. The beaches are well known for their abundance of sharks' teeth and shells. Also, watch for the India manatees, dolphins, giant manta rays, and blue crabs that swim right off the coast. Don Pedro Island State Park is located on the south end of the island and is accessible by walking the beach. It's the perfect place for a family vacation and I hope you will consider Savannah "B" or "C" for your vacation. Our goal is guest satisfaction and comfort. Come and bring your friends!
