You will benefit from the sun in the morning. Swimming for the little ones is made easier by the 1.50 m flat-bottom pool and the small access beach. The swimming pool is screened, closed by a gate and equipped with an alarm. The house is completely fenced and a laurel hedge will allow you to maintain your privacy. The location is peaceful, the house is located on the edge of the forest.

You can enjoy the surrounding typical markets and villages, go to the beach, go boating in the Gorges du Verdon or just spend your days relaxing by the pool.

On the ground floor: two parental suites (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and baby bed, each bedroom with its own bathroom), fitted kitchen, living room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (single beds) with bathroom (bath) and separate WC. Necessary baby.
Covered terrace with table, 8 chairs, barbecue and table football. Garden equipped with a sandpit and a trampoline for children. 8x4 flat-bottom swimming pool (1.50 m) secured by a fence and an alarm. 6 deckchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs by the pool.

Cinema, park and media library at 2 km, city center at 3 km. Two shopping centers nearby. 40 mins from Fréjus and Sainte-Maxime, 45 mins from Saint-Raphaël, 50 mins from the Gorges du Verdon, one hour from Nice, 1h30 from Marseille. Many typical villages and hinterland markets to visit. Access to the Muy motorway and Les Arcs train station 15 minutes away.

Animals not accepted. Sheets and towels provided for 7 people. Pool maintenance included every week.
