Molly's Folly, our 6th floor Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has just been redone from top to bottom! New Pool and Hot tub, Grill Area, & Elevators. Sink down in the comfy leather sofa and take in the awesome ocean view. Enjoy fabulous sunrises from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom . . . and a view of the intercoastal from the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi tv's. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you might need to whip up a great meal or just walk to Crabby Joe's and let them do the cooking!

Didn't want to leave

The property was spacious, located only 15 min from Daytona Beach Main Street. The ocean view was great from the balcony. The owner was very nice. Would stay again!

Nice Stay!

Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, I really could have used a regular coffee pot and a can opener that worked, other than that, no complaints. Showers are the BEST!

So sorry. There was a regular coffee pot in the kitchen cupboard, but apparently someone "borrowed" it.

We’ve stayed in this same condo unit for 3 yrs and absolutely love it. Tim is very easy to communicate with and always willing to help in any way he can to make your stay better. The condo is beautiful and we have no complaints.

Perfect location

This condo is in a perfect location on the beach! We loved how easy it was to access the pool and Crabby Joe’s. It has 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our kids to have their own room. The only negative is that the place was not very clean. The bathtub needed be cleaned big time before I’d let my kids take a bath.

Amazing time! Nice, clean condo! Would stay again!

Condo was just as listed! Very clean and nice. Beds were comfy, and views from balcony were so beautiful! Just the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. I’ve seen other comments about no table. But there was a table that lifted up from side of cabinets, and worked out just fine for us! We had a great 10 day stay, and would definitely stay again!

The pool was nice

Have stayed here before but not in this condo. Had to be something in that condo or in the ductwork that triggered mine and my daughters allergies. We were fine outside the condo but sick while in it. Not enough comfortable furniture, too modern who wants to relax in plastic chairs? Beds were okay. It was clean enough , but no seating at the counter . It would be nicer with a couple of recliners and a table you could use. Just not my style I guess would not stay in this condo again.

So sorry, Jennifer. We have never had input from other guests with this problem. Upon inspection, the duct work seems fine...we even spent the night in the unit ourselves and had no problems. Thanks for givings us a 'heads-up' though.

Great location right on the beach.

Beautiful view. Property is well maintained. Condo employee are very nice. We felt very secure there as pool is locked from the public and lobby doors are locked after 5 when the staff leaves. The unit is just as pictured and in good shape. The kitchen had all the dinnerware, glasses and appliances you need. A full size coffee maker would have been nice with our group of four. The keurig was not convenient for us.The towels were good quality and plentiful. The sheets and pillow cases should be replaced. If we were to stay at this unit again we would bring our own bed pillows. Although we did not use them,two beach towels and two chairs were provided which was a nice touch. Location is convenient to grocery stores and many restaurants. Every thing was very clean but the floors could have been better and my daughter found a used towel, bed sheet and soda bottle under one of the bed so obviously no one cleaned under there. We would definately stay at the sun glow resort again.

We are very sorry that the bed sheets were not up to your standards. We always use high end bedding so I will Have to check with the cleaning person about that. Otherwise we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Other customers prefer the keurig to a regular coffee pot because it allows each person to choose their preferred flavor. W will, however, add a coffee pot to the kitchen. Nyhanks for your input.

No communication from host

Upon our arrival to the condo we were informed the hurricane had destroyed the outside pool area and there was also no beach access feom the hotel. We were told all owners were aware of this. We then entered the condo and immediately smelled a strong smell of tobacco. We had to open the sliding glass doors to air it which also required us to leave as we are allergic to tobacco smoke. I immediately contacted our host Molly where upon we recieved no response from her whatsoever. Our arrival was March 2 and it is March 16 as I type this review with no response. I waited this long to review to give her a chance to respond. All in all the condo was great but we feel we should have been contacted when the advertised amenities were no longer offered. Also understand the host will not be avaible to you while you are using this particular condo.

There were a few things that we disliked about the property

First we had major issues with the keys getting in and out of the condo and they hand you two keys one is to your condo the other is to all the other doors neither of them are marked so it's a struggle to get in your room or in the building. To the shower in the condo we stayed in which was 602 barely had hot water the shower head kept slipping down damn near knocked me out. The tub itself was slicker than I don't know what actually causing me to fall and injure my finger and bruise my leg even though I had a towel in the bottom of it. Overall I probably would not stay again

Great stay

Overall very nice stay. Everything you need towels, strong water pressure, blender, coffee maker. Only complaints need new toaster, only toast on one side of bread. No barstools which would be nice to sit at counter. Would like to have had a recliner. Beds were extremely comfortable as were pillows. Would book again!

Home Away from Home

It was everything we were expecting it to be, Daytona Beach Shores is our home away from home. Great location, clean building and condo. Wish they could update the entire double key/keys not working situation and washer/dryers being broken but that is my only complaint.
