Magnificent penthouse located a few meters from the beach of "la Rubina" and next to the natural park of "Aiguamolls de l'Empordà".

The flat is located on the third floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in bunk bed format.

Leaving the bedrooms we find the corridor where we can access the toilet, equipped with shower; the dining room, equipped with flat screen TV and satellite. In the dining room there is a sofa-bed for two children or one adult.

The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar and can also be accessed from the corridor. It has utensils for 6 people and is equipped with dishwasher, 4-ring gas hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker and microwave.

We can also enjoy any of the 2 balconies that the flat has. One faces north-east, located just above the moorings and the canal, with views of the mountains and the natural park. The other faces south-east with splendid views of the Rubina beach and the Gulf of Roses.

The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed.
Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person.
Cot rental price: Subject to availability. Free of charge.
