Villa Brenda is located within Torremirona Resort and forms part of a small friendly community ideal for families. This two-story semi-detached second home has a small private garden which leads out to a beautifully landscaped communal garden and large swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is a light, nicely furnished living and dining area with a flatscreen TV receiving international channels and free Wi-Fi. Large sliding doors lead out onto the terrace and garden. A fully equipped kitchen makes this an ideal home for families of up to 6 persons.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible with a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well as an extra room with sofa-bed for an additional guest. The large main bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom and leads out onto a private terrace with views over the communal gardens. A further twin-bed bedroom and separate bathroom completes this excellent property. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide built-in wardrobes and louvered shutters.

There is free on-street parking outside the property and a private driveway for two cars.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area with lovely markets and small, excellent restaurants. The ever-vibrant town of Figueres is only 5 km away, which, as well as being home to shops, tapas bars and restaurants, is most famous for its links with Salvador Dalí - a visit to the Dalí museum is a must! The award winning beaches and coves of the Costa Brava are less than 20 minutes away.
