You are sure to fall in love with this newly renovated 2 bdrm/2 bath duplex unit, decorated to match the paradise of Manasota Key. Sleeps 6 . New living room couch opens to a queen size bed. Full living room & dining area, Full kitchen, TV in living room & bedroom with cable & wireless internet, washer & dryer, outdoor grill. Sliding glass door opens to a year round lanai from the master bedroom and living room that includes dining table (great area for playing cards or having breakfast and/or dinner while people watching!). 4 beach chairs also provided. Your own private 2 car driveway.

Beautiful and close to beach

Loved the uncluttered beach decor! Host quickly responded when we needed a kitchen appliance and had one sent to house. Great location as only a 2 block walk to beach.

We had a great mini vacation! The accommodations were perfect. Ideal location and close to everything. The Brays were very helpful and we will be back.

Lovely cottage

Beach Trip

Beach house was clean and in a great location right across the street from the beach. The house is also in walking distance of some wonderful restaurants. Lovely decorated home to spend some relaxing time away from home to read, walk and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on Manasota Key.

Nice, comfortable and convenient home.

This home/duplex is in a very convenient location and very walkable to the beach and restaurants. Stump Pass State Park is also a mile South and well worth visiting. Englewood Beach is fairly quaint and not a crowded tourist spot. Great for some R&R.

Mother, daughter get-away!

My adult daughter and I had a wonderful time on our first trip with just the two of us. We enjoyed the wonderful and conveniient home so close to the beach which had all the conveniences of home along with the beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach towels. We stayed five days and could have stayed longer....!

10 Days of Happiness

As always, Manasota Key provided everything our group needed for a much needed escape, and Victoria was the perfect hostess. She and her husband were very accommodating and welcoming to our group, going above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. Their property is well maintained and very convenient to the beach and the bay. While our heart breaks for all the damage the 2024 hurricanes brought to the island, slowly the island is rebounding, and we’re grateful that folks like Victoria and Todd are making that happen! Highly recommend them as hosts for your MK vacation.

Our flights were cancelled and we never made it to the property

Due to the Southwest debacle we could not make it to our rental. Fortunately, I had taken out insurance thru vrbo, although it has been almost a month and we have not received anything from the I surance company. The ownef, Victoria, was very kind, helpful and understanding. When I told her what happened she called me and offered advice on different things to try as she was traveling herself and dealing w flight cancelations. Sadly, it never worked out for us. I may not book Southwest again, but I definitely would book from Victoria - she was very communicative and easy to work with.

Clean and comfortable

The place was adorable. Clean comfortable and just steps from the beach. Went down for my sister’s wedding and it was close to Chadwick Park and several restaurants. I would highly recommend!!

This beautiful cottage was absolutely perfect! Beach was beautiful. Great restaurants.

Well so easy to rent. Victoria was a great host in communicating prior to our arrival and even after our departure. I highly recommend not only the area of Manasota Key but this cottage was perfect.

Awesome Little Beach House

This cute little beach house was perfect for the family. It's walking distance from everything! The house is very clean and very cozy. Checking in was very easy! Victoria provided all the beach chairs and umbrellas which made being at the beach even more fun and relaxing. If you want food and fun, you have options within walking distance! The house is ideal for just hanging out and enjoying everything on Manasota keys.

Family Beach Gathering

While we are relatively new to VRBO, this property stands head and shoulders above the rest in terms of cleanliness, responsiveness by the host and her team, accuracy of description and location. Hostess was very responsive to questions and we did not encounter any issues. Location is close to beach and while on the main road, is in the neighborhood section so not much traffic and thus peaceful. Family loved the aesthetics and decor of the house. Would definitely stay again.

We loved it here and didn't want to leave!

We loved this cute unit and felt right at home. Communication with the owner was a breeze, we were right across from the beach. The house had everything we needed and we had a blast playing cards on the lanai at night.. We walked to supper each night so we barely drove at all during our stay! Hoping to move to this location one day ❤

Great space on Englewood Beach.

We had a most excellent stay! Loved being so close to the restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We hope to come and stay again someday.

Beach Life/Relaxing

Place is close to everything, beach access, restaurants within walking distance, and close to the Stump Pass Park. House is very clean, comfortable, cute/nice beach decor, and well equipped. Wifi is excellent. Owner responded very quickly to a slight issue and it was greatly appreciated. Victoria is very nice. We will definitely use this again. We miss the place!!

Very nice place the only thing i would do is clean/empty cabinets and closets better and clean or change fridge... but overall place was really nice, cozy, comfortable, and very nicely decorated.

Great Getaway

Great location

I only live 25 minutes from this location but wanted a 4 day vacation close to home and very familiar with this beach and area. Its perfect if your not close by as the owner has everything you would need to enjoy cooking anything you need, grill if needed and all kitchen accessories needed. Its right across the street from the beach with easy access. If a family or friends want to enjoy a peaceful and nice beach with shops and great restaurants w/ entertainment and small children friendly this is the place to be. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Very Clean and Great Location

This property was a perfect getaway location for spending time on the beach. The beach is great and not crowded as it’s away from the public parking areas. Close to restaurants. The house was incredibly clean and well taken care of. It’s obvious the owners take care of this place.

We live between Pittsburgh & Ohio May thru November and then live in Leesburg, FL December to May. We have a business that we are lucky to be able to leave for the winter! Have 2 GREAT employees that take care of our store while we are gone for the winter. We love Ohio on a very small man made lake in the summer and Florida for the winter.

We were in the process of selling our Edwards, Colorado home & in search for a place where we would eventually want to live in the winter. We fell in love immediately with Manasota Key on our first visit. It is a small island that has a beautiful beach, lots of great restaurants on & off the island, very people friendly but yet quaint and not crowded. I Looked at several properties and once I saw this and how I could renovate it with the vision of Manasota Key & being across the street from the beach (a dream for my husband!), I knew this was it. We can even get a good peek of the ocean from the living room of the 2 bedroom! We are so excited with our decision, we absolutely love our place, where it is located is perfect to the beach, bay & can walk to restaurants. What more could you ask for! We also love the fact that we can walk past the 1 bedroom to the bay and watch the dolphins show off how they catch their lunch and if they are really playful they will splash you with their tale! Great place.
