We loved the condo and all it offered. Being able to be just steps away from the gulf was fantastic. Finding sharks teeth and shells was fantastic. In the evening watching the sunset set while dolphins played was unbelievable.

It was very cute, but there was a shared shower that connected that bathrooms that was weird and unexpected. We couldn’t find the paddles to the kayak until we discovered them (too late) behind the doors in the bedroom closet and it smelled like fish the entire time. It waxed and waned in severity, but even the bedding smelled fishy.

Thank you for your feedback. We have since modified the description of our shower and have since added the location of the paddles/lifejackets in the welcome packet. All value added, thank you. As far as the smell our cleaning staff didn't experience any strange odors. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and we will continue to monitored the situation. Fortunately, no further complaints have been received. Again, we appreciate your feedback.

Nice property

Just steps to the beach which was amazing! The condo was clean, amenities very nice like chairs and access to the pool. But there is only 1 shower which is not explained in the listing. And the bathrooms are connected by the 1 shower so no privacy at all when using either bathroom as they are open to the shower/other bathroom. Also the only way to access them is through a bedroom. That part should have been better explained in the listing, especially when you have a family coming back from the beach all wanting to shower and there is only 1. We made the best of it, and did enjoy the trip.

I feel there should have been at least one unpaid parking space for the unit.The unit is in need of a thorough cleaning, dust and hair was everywhere!The lamps at the bedside were inoperable!The toilet seat needs to be replaced and the hot water drizzled at the bathroom sink.There were only two trash bags for a four day stay.The use of amenities was not listed for use until the last day.There were no washcloths and no extra blankets .Location was great!

Dear Ronnie, Your request for a refund the same day as your check-in violated our cancellation policy. Your review, considering the fact you didn’t stay a single night in our home, is unwarranted, fictitious and malicious. For our greatly appreciated guests, both past and present, our standards have not slipped! We pride ourselves on how clean our property is. We DO still have a pool and we DO still have a very nice boat dock! It even has electric and a fish cleaning station! We do not have a boardwalk….which is why we don’t advertise one. It would be cool though. We are currently missing and still searching for the landscaping, a couple decks and some siding…hurricanes tend to do that…let alone two…back to back. We’re working diligently to get these replaced and our property grounds back to their glory. Please refer to our property description which begs of you to be mindful of our Key’s recovery. It still hurts to see. This is a beautiful home with an excellent location. If you want to have a relaxing time in a nice place, walkable to restaurants, close to the water….this is it. Ronnie should have unbuttoned his top button, put on some flip-flops, and stayed a while.

The property listing is misleading, would be ok for 4 people, not 6. It is not 2 bathrooms; it’s more like one and a half, since there is only 1 shower. There are 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 1 shower. To get to the shower you must go through either bedroom and then the toilet room of either bedroom. This means if you are stay in "bedroom" 3 you must go through bedroom 1or 2 to use a toilet or the shower. The plus is that the shower is huge! "Bedroom" three doesn’t have a door or a closet. There is no deck, wooden walkway or chairs/umbrellas at the beach as noted in the pictures.The balconies are unusable, as they aren’t big enough to stand on and shut the door. The laundry is across the parking lot and is coin operated. They have a decent sized, cluttered closet outside with the beach chairs, umbrellas etc. to use.

Thank you for review. We have since modified our property description and photos to adequately describe the property shower and Julliette balconies. Bedroom 3 is now equipped with a door! We apologize for the dated photos, which were post hurricanes. Hurricane Helene and Milton really did a number to our property, and it has taken some time clear debris and update our photos. We appreciate your patience as our little key is still in recovery. Once again, thank you for your review.

The place was very clean and quiet. Close to restaurant and night life. The beach was fantastic and you couldn't beat the sunsets. The only downfalls we're that the pill is across the road which can get very busy. Also, it has a shared shower that is between 2 bathrooms so it's a little weird if you are in your bathroom and sometime is in the shower. All in all we had a great vacation.
