APARTMENT WITH A VIEW ON THE AEOLIAN ISLANDS

Apartment for rent overlooking the sea and the Aeolian islands, located in the "Saracen residence, can accommodate up to ten people; kitchen-living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds and another double with beds separable, bathroom with shower. A large covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs, with a comfortable sitting area outside where you can admire the suggestive landscape. It is only 1km from the sea (two minutes by car) and the beach is free and equipped.
ACCOMMODATION:
As previously written, the accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people "to sleep", but is comfortable for 6 to 8 people as the house has only one bathroom.
N. B.: Important to know for the disabled: there are steps before reaching the apartment.
IN EVIDENCE:
: The house has a laundry room (there is no photo) with: washing machine, shower. The kitchen has everything you need, for example: microwave oven, all the various sizes of pans and pots, deep fryer, blender, sandwich plate, toaster, blender with carafe, blender,
The house is given on (request and with a contribution) with towels and beach towels per person, sheets and blankets with change. In colder periods, in addition to the air conditioner, a gas stove will be made available. The house has an excellent and fast WI-FI without limits !!!
THE COUNTRY:
Of course, the sea is the primary attraction of the country! Beach with sand and bowls, (comfortable to walk barefoot). The promenade is beautiful, with a Pizzeria restaurant located at the end of the beach. The town of Piraino has beautiful ancient churches dating back to 1200, do not miss the Bel See "La Guardiola" with breathtaking views. There are courses and paragliding flights.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY IN THE OUTDOOR SPACES OF THE HOUSE.
AROUND:
Nearby there are many towns such as Tindari with the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Tindari, Olivieri with its fairs and the lakes of Marinello, Randazzo where you can admire the wonderful Etna volcano. The Aeolian Islands can be reached by ferry from Capo d'Orlando with its spectacular promenade or from Milazzo with the wonderful Piscina di Venere. It is worth seeing the town of Santo Stefano di Camastra with its Terracotta Ceramics, about an hour's drive away is Cefalù, an enchanting place and much more !!!
