Apartment

The rules are simple: love, respect and smile :) Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum especially in the evenings and weekends, and our apartment by not smoking. Please enjoy the flat but look after it as you would your own! Please return the flat as you found it. The keys are top quality security keys, if you lose the keys then it is your responsibility to cover any costs incurred with getting them re-cut/re-ordered. The same applies if you lock yourself out the apartment, you are responsible for all costs involved with opening the door. Do not have parties-neighbors will call police! This is not a party place but private property, please respect this. If this rule is not met I have a right to cancel the booking without returning unused nights and deposit. We respect our neighbours and hope you will to. For safety reasons all guests require a copy of their ID provided to host on the check-in. Most importantly though, make sure you feel at home! :)
