There are three bedrooms upstairs - main en suite with bath and shower, plus doors to balcony with magnificent views of the mountains surrounding Hout Bay. The second bedroom is also a double with doors to the balcony and view. The third bedroom is a twin and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower. The mezzanine lounge is a comfortable seating area and once again has double doors to the balcony and outside seating.

On the entry level of the house is a double volume dining area and open plan kitchen which is fully fitted with all the appliances you will require, and there is a separate laundry and guest bathroom. Both the dining area and lounge open to a wide patio with built in barbecue and seating area and garden.

The house is situated in a small gated security complex and the house itself has an automated double garage with direct access into the property. The home is fully alarmed.

On arrival you will be met by a lady called Fiona who will assist you with the orientation of both the house, and where the local shops and restaurants are, plus any further information you may need. We will look after you well.
