Moray Hastings is a Sussex coast beach apartment with uninterrupted sea views

Why not stay at La Villetta (The Little Villa)? A self-catering apartment for up to 6-7 (including travel cot) on England's south coast with direct sea-views. Situated in a Georgian Grade II listed building and within close proximity to all of Hastings' major attractions. A stylish clean and modern set of interiors to our apartment with elegant features such as original fireplace, crystal chandeliers in both main rooms with lovely french doors opening out onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views (see our cover photo taken from the balcony), it's lovely to have a drink and watch the world go by.

PLEASE NOTE: all bookings need to be approved by the owner on this system and as we also have other booking systems we take bookings on, so availability may being processed. Always check with us first to avoid disappointment.

Due to the current situation we are not taking 1 night bookings as we have extra cleaning, procedures and adhere to the national guidelines which means we need more time between each set of guests.

Our prices are based on 1-2 persons using the main bedroom, we charge £45 extra if additional 1 bed is used (an extra two doubles are available) £70 for 2 additional beds. So we can accommodate up to 6-7 (including a travel cot).

Although we have a 2 night minimum, we can book single nights although this is slightly more than the 2 night minimum rates quoted to enable us to cover our costs, we add £60.

Also we are open to quoting for longer stays.

Bookings based on a 4pm arrival / checkin and a 10am departure / checkout - we can usual accommodate different times with our meet and greet person then able to show you around, but if you need to arrive late or a time which our meet and greet person can't make then we offer a key safe facility.

We charge £35 extra (per pet) for well behaved pets if staying (no more than two small dogs, we may consider other pets on request) and we hold the security deposit for an extra 2 weeks if you have a pet staying.

Subject to availability we can offer a late check for £35 until no later than 1530. We also can offer early checkin for £35. Both depending on availablity.

We also have a baby cot hire at £35 per stay.

Prices vary across the season/time of year, group size and this booking site is built with some restrictions so as per the listing text we will add fees depending on the make-up of your group, number of beds required and pets if staying.

Please note we have changed the way we take the damage/security deposit, this is done separately to your Airbnb booking so you will need to provide us separately with a credit or debit card to preauthorise, no monies are taken. The base security/damage deposit it £200 and increases with larger groups and/or with dogs staying and further for longer stays of over two weeks. As per our terms you are not limited to this if the costs of damage or other costs are greater as per our terms. We cancel this preauthorisation after we have successfully re-inspected the apartment as per our terms. We will bring this to your attention before we confirm your booking and you run the risk of the booking being cancelled if you do not provide a preauthorisation before you arrive.

We recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance and StaySure provide covid19 cover.
