The house is ideal for guests who want to enjoy relaxation, dine outdoors and sleep al fresco in the height of summer and far from any noise, while in winter it offers the panoramic living area on the top floor with fireplace and terrace.
The house is suitable both for spending relaxing weekends in contact with nature and for staying in a holiday period.
It is not far from cities rich in historical and cultural interest related to the Roman era such as: Capua, Santa Maria Capua Vetere and Caserta with its splendid and inimitable Royal Palace and the main tourist destinations such as Naples, the Sorrento peninsula, Capri, Ischia, Pompeii and Herculaneum.
Near the house there is the archaeological park of "Trebula Balliensis", an ancient Samnite city from which a tourist village with swimming pools is about 2 km away. At about 15 km, at the foot of the hill, there is Jolly Park, one of the largest water parks in Italy.
Furthermore you can go hiking in the surrounding woods and in the characteristic villages of the hamlets of the municipality; the Grotta di S. can be visited Michele, located at an altitude of about 800 m and reachable through a well-kept and safe path
Not to be missed are the typical dishes that are prepared by the numerous agritourisms and restaurants existing on the territory and in the neighboring municipalities, the festivals and village festivals that accompany the long summer evenings with lots of music, dancing and food and wine traditions
