Great place to relax

Our family just returned from a wonderful week at Absolutely South West. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath areas. The owner was quick to respond to all communications and to answer any questions. We loved the outdoor space and spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful pool. We will definitely be visiting again.

Backyard oasis

Lovely home. BEAUTIFUL backyard, pool, spa, and outside dining. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very easy to reach. House was very well-equipped.

Snowbird Approved!

We rented this home for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the owner’s comfortable home. Trevor provides all the amenities a long-term renter could possibly need. We had no issues, but he is quick to respond if needed. The back patio is a lush oasis, with heated pool and spa and and cozy fire pit. In beautiful Sun Lakes community, this home provides access to all the activities as well.

Overall a Decent Stay, But Some Maintenance and Communication IssuesThe house was fairly clean and comfortable, with most amenities in good working order. However, there were a few hiccups that impacted our experience.First, the house manual needs a serious update—especially regarding the hot tub. The heating instructions were missing entirely, and following the manual didn’t work. We had to reach out to the homeowner, who was very friendly, responsive and walked us through the process, but this should have been clearly outlined from the start.Second, the gutters were clogged, which became a problem during a rainstorm. Water overflowed near the patio, and we had to move a large outdoor carpet to prevent it from getting soaked. It’s a small thing, but it speaks to the need for better upkeep.Overall, the stay was fine, but a few maintenance tweaks and updated/clearer instructions would make a big difference

Lights out at 9 pm

We enjoyed staying at Trevor's place. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds! We celebrated our 50th with another couple. Pool was heated and clean. We did get a message from Treavor on our 2nd day there. He received a complaint about noise. We played music, laughed alot a had a good time during daylight ours. We never stayed up past 10 pm. Keep in mind when booking that they have a noise restriction at 9 pm. It's a beautiful neighborhood but alot of old people. I'm 69! 😆 I guess it's more a retirement area.

Beautiful Home with Lush Outdoor Spaces

Kudos to Trevor for this beautiful, well-provisioned, and wonderfully maintained home. We wanted for nothing. The outdoor spaces (covered and uncovered) offered an array of perfect places for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation by the pool and spa, and open-air dinners. Trevor was a very gracious host with whom communication was timely and always helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Cottonwood!

Absolutely Wonderful

First, our host was excellent to work with. He was responsive and helpful. The property was even better than the pictures show. We relaxed outside the entire stay. It was comparable to a luxury resort that you'd never guess was in the middle of a neighborhood. We'd stay again without a second thought. Love, love, love! 🌵☀

Tropical and private backyard!

Beautiful and private

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So glad we didn't opt for a hotel. My mom lives nearby and we'd love to stay here again when visiting her. So be sure to stay here -- unless, of course, we're coming out that week!! Ha-Ha. Seriously, don't pass this one up.

Simply Amazing

Trevor was a fantastic host. He was very clear in directions and quite communicative. The home itself is nestled in a retirement community and quite stunning. The pool was relaxing, and backyard an oasis. I can’t wait to make this our regular place to stay when visiting the Southeast Valley.

Perfect Oasis

Quiet neighborhood, low traffic area of town yet close to great restaurants and activity. The back yard is a showcase. Private with all the flora and fauna of the southwest. Pool area is fantastic as is the covered patio with gas fire table and ample seating. Truly resort living but without all the other people.

Amazing Anniversary ...Short Notice

This property is exactly as pictured. We requested this listing at the last minute and Trevor was so accommodating. We had our own personal oasis, the pool was amazing and home was very well stocked. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return. This property was definitely the best part of providing an relaxing environment away from the crowds during a holiday weekend. You will not be dissappointed.

Great respite!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. This home was a perfect respite from the rigors of the week-long graduation revelry at ASU. It afforded us a perfect place to spend time with family relaxing and celebrating our son’s accomplishments. Great home, well thought out and frankly very familiar, as we used to live in a home in the far north valley (Happy Valley and Central area) that was similarly decorated, right down to the identical Thomasville Santiago furniture in the guest bedroom. The back yard was beautifully designed and executed, which was very much appreciated by my wife and mother-in-law who are both consummate gardeners.

Beautifully decorated and fully appointed home with lush backyard landscaping and pool

This is our second year staying at this gorgeous home in Sun Lakes. The home is very well maintained and beautifully decorated with generous patio space both in the front and the back of the home. The surrounding area has walking paths around several small lakes and golf and tennis courts are nearby as well. The owner, Trevor, was easy to work with and easy to reach if we had any questions. We would like to return!

WONDERFUL STAY!

My husband and I were looking to escape the Nebraska cold and booked this trip to Arizona. When we arrived we were very pleased with the property. The patio and back yard were exceptional and we enjoyed the fresh oranges and lemons. Hope to return again some day! Thanks Trevor!

Beautifully decorated home with great landscaping

We loved this home -- it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The backyard/patio was completely private with mature landscaping, pool, and spa. We would definitely like to come back again. It looked inside and out just like the online pictures.

Very nice place to stay - Trevor was very accomodating

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. It was nice to have some of the 'basics' there that we did not have to run out to buy (ie toilet paper, salt & pepper, even had sunscreen, and first aid kit). Hot tub was great and a wonderfully landscaped, private backyard. Spent a lot of time out there. The pool although heated, was not heated while we were there and I understand the cost of keeping a pool heated during the cold months - temps in the eve were upper 30s to 40, so we did not use the pool. Very nice pool however. The hot tub was plenty good for us. Everything in the home had explanatory notes - we had no issues requiring us to contact the owner. It was nice to have 'direct' contact w/ the owner as well. Other places we've rented there's always been an 'intermediary' manager type person we've dealt w/. Trevor had a personal interest that things go well for our stay. I recommend staying here - was easy to get around to all major hwys.
