This home away from home is relaxing and private. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private pool. The yard is beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, and much more makes the outside living area quiet and peaceful. Our home has a very open spacious floor plan that was remodeled in Dec. 2020 and January 2021. We have very comfortable seating that will make you feel right at home. A perfect place to enjoy privacy and comfort both inside and out. The pool can't be heated most of November, all of December, all of January and part of February because it is heated by a heat pump and the temperature must consistently be above 45 all night long.

Our home is available for long weekends or 3 - 4 week stays.

The great room has a big screen TV as well as the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. The master bedroom and the great room have sliders to the covered patio which has soft seating, table and chairs, reclining loungers, ceiling fans, roll down shades and much more. During fruit producing months, enjoy oranges, tangelos, lemons, limes and grapefruit off our trees.

Enjoy the big screen TV and WI FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with most things you will need including a Kehrig and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King size bed, separate bathroom area, shower and a large vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 double beds sleeping 8 very comfortably. The other bathroom has a nice shower with a bathtub. The great room has a wonderful dining area and the kitchen has a breakfast nook. Enjoy outside cooking on the barbeque on the back patio.

There is a garage door opener for you to use as long as previous renters have returned it. The owners do have their personal van parked in the garage.

Cottonwood is a private club with an 18 hole golf course, driving range, dining areas, a lounge, 3 pools, a hot tub, workout room, tennis courts and more. Renters can get 2 renters passes for $250. You just need to show one renters pass for several to use the pool, dinner etc. green fees are separate.

Chandler/Sun Lakes has great shopping, 10 golf courses within 15 minutes, shopping malls, movie theatres, great restaurants, sporting events, hiking, biking, spas and much more. We are 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

Professional pest control, landscaping and pool service are all included. Our house is cleaned after each guest leaves.

Awesome house, full stocked and great communication with the host. The location is very convenient in Sun Lakes if visiting family or friends. Very comfy living room and bedrooms. The backyard is gorgeous. We would definitely return!

Great place for a family get together.

This is a great home with plenty of room, fully stocked, and an awesome pool/outdoor area. Our family really enjoyed it and would love to come back.

Great pool

We booked a long weekend to enjoy the private pool. We loved it! The house was clean and well cared for. I recommend a car for shopping and excursions.

Nice Place!

This is a nice place to stay and is in a quiet neighborhood - we will seek it out when we return. The pool was refreshing when it was 115 degrees! Contact with the owner was good with quick response.

Great house

This has been the second year we rented this home. It is an amazing house, stocked full of all of the necessities and feels like home. Thanks for another great stay! We will be back next year for sure.

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay for our family. The little extras like the toys, highchair, stroller and pack 'n play playpens made things easier for us with our two little children. The house is lovely and the friendly quiet community is great with beautiful walking trails around the central lakes. We were there during the coldest months and couldn't use the backyard pool, but the community pools are very close, only a couple blocks away and they are really nice and very warm. I would recommend this place and would stay there again if we ever return to the Phoenix area.

Great house

I loved that this house was stocked with all that was needed. I was disappointed that the door knob of the Mayer bedroom kept falling off, the garbage disposal didn’t work. Overall, the property was nice and the house was lovey. Thanks for the stay!

Feels like home

This home was perfect for my family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. This home made you feel welcome and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and it had plenty of pool toys for everyone to enjoy. 10 out of 10, I do recommend! I would stay definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Chandler.

Great people to with which to work!

Although we were not able to keep our reservations due to our son having extensive surgery and unexpected second surgery to follow, Jane was very understanding of the situation and graciously agreed to return our deposit! From the time of the reservation, they were prompt on replies and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I will look forward to a future stay in their beautiful home! Thank you for making a not-so-easy situation better for all of us, especially during the holidays! Your kindness is so appreciated!

A Perfect Winter Getaway in Chandler/Sun Lakes - Our Family's Delightful Experience

This holiday season, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property in Chandler/Sun Lakes for the second time, and it truly was a home away from home. As someone who values privacy and comfort, this property exceeded all expectations. The house boasts three spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, ideal for accommodating my elderly parents and me. Inside, the house radiates warmth and comfort. The floor plan is open and inviting. The seating in the living areas is exceptionally comfortable, making it feel like a true home. For entertainment, the great room and master bedroom are equipped with big-screen TVs, and the availability of Wi-Fi kept us connected. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a Keurig and coffee maker, which we found very convenient. Sleeping arrangements were ample and comfortable. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed and separate bathroom, offered a private haven for my parents. The second bedroom's queen-size bed was perfect.

Great home, great neighborhood

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely, was well equipped with toilet paper, towels, sugar/spices, all the kitchen amenities you could want including both a keurig-type and a drip coffeemaker with filters, laundry detergent, etc. I didn’t have to buy a thing except our own food. House was very clean - there’s a lot of owner pride here. Pictures don’t do it justice. Water pressure was great. Pool was wonderful as well as the fruit trees which we enjoyed. Jane was very responsive to any questions I had. My only suggestion would be to add a hot tub because that would be icing on this most beautiful cake! :-). Highly recommend it; would definitely return! Thanks Jane!

This is the life!

We rented the house to visit family and wanted a private pool for our kids to enjoy. Our kids loved playing in the pool and even said the house feels like home. Very stress free and easy way for kids to enjoy the pool and good weather. Relaxing vacation for mom and dad. House is very clean and stocked with basics needed, including pool toys and lots of towels. Neighborhood is pretty and quite. Easy and quick drive to downtown chandler for good restaurant etc. Would highly recommend if you are looking to rent a house in the area.

Family gathering

House was clean and vrbo information was accurate. Clothes washer was not working and home manager informed us that the Repairman could not come until the day of checkout. This was inconvenient, but we managed. Also, the Pool needed attention, it was cloudy and the chemicals were out of balance. We checked water quality and added necessary chemicals to make it safe to use. Property owners said they would bring it to attention of pool person. The inside of the property has been recently updated, the furniture is nice and it was clean. When the washer is repaired and pool water issues are fixed I would recommend the property. After talking to home owner I feel confident these two issues will be addressed.

Great place to stay!

What a great house for our family of 4! Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Pool right out the back door was great to have, eating under the covered area out back was a nice treat. Neighborhood was quite and easy access to everything we wanted to do and see. Hosts answered all our questions in a timely manner can’t say enough nice things about there place. We hope to stay again on another trip to AZ!!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I came to AZ for a long weekend getaway for our 11th anniversary. The house worked out perfect for us, it was very clean and welcoming. Instructions were very clear on what to do when we got there and what to do before we needed to leave. There was a problem with the pool heat when we got there. I contacted the owner letting them know that there was a problem and she contacted their pool company. She gave us a partial refund for the pool not working the way that we wanted it to and luckily the problem was fixed before we left so we were able to swim at the very end of our stay. We were very happy with the house and the owners and would recommend this house.

Very Nice Time in Chandler.

We had a phenomenal experience here in Chanderr, mostly because we were with family, but this home was just that, a home. It was lovely, comfortable and super clean. The expectations of care and instructions were clearly laid out. The pool was the seller: clean and sparkling and refreshing. We loved this stay.
