With panoramic eastern sunrise views, this recently updated walkout rambler in a quiet neighborhood is gently sloping to Lake Waconia and your own private dock. Fishing, boating, swimming and snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating are all at your doorstep. Located close to town. Shop quaint stores, eat at one of a kind restaurants, and visit wineries, breweries, and a distillery- all within a 10 minute drive. Relax or explore, the choice is yours.

This house was completely renovated in 2016 both inside and out. Main floor laundry room, large deck with grill and outdoor living space to relax.

You will have full use of the house and dock. You may keep your boat at the dock the length of your stay. There are kayaks and paddleboards available for your use. In the winter there are skates and ice fishing equipment. There is a boat available for rent for an additional fee.

There is always someone around to help, make suggestions, or answer questions.

This is a smail neighborhood of about 20 homes on the quiet side of Lake Waconia.

There is no public transportation readily available.

We had the best time and loved this property and location. The house had all items we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had two older dogs with us and it was set up wonderfully for them as well. Thank you for a great weekend stay!

Lakehouse Getaway

We were in Minnesota for a family wedding and we stayed here with our grown kids and grandkids. We enjoyed fishing right off the dock and a kayak ride on the lake. We were close to the Dakota Regional bike trail where we biked and hiked. Wonderful house and host!

Spacious lake home with fun perks.

Had a great family vacation in this beautifully styled home with mid-century modern vibes. Loved that this property is dog friendly and has a pontoon available to rent. The chickens add fun to the outdoor space as they are very chill and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake has a relatively large public island to explore and enjoy. The owners are very quickly responsive to our questions - we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic family getaway

Tracy and Dave were phenomenal hosts! From the arrival with special goodies, don’t want to ruin the surprise for other renters, to everything in between our 10 day stay was fantastic! The location is exceptional, Anne ties top notch and we all felt like we experienced an “up north” type of vacation but only 45 minutes from home! Highly recommend this property or any other Waterford Getaway properties that Tracy and Dave host as they are incredible to work with!

Family vacation getaway

Such a beautiful house with a wonderful view of the lake! Very well appointed with everything for a home away from home feeling. Excellent location with charming small towns close by with good shopping and restaurants and also not too far from big city activities! We really appreciated being able to bring our granddog too!! The whole family had a great time and the host, Tracy, was easy to reach when we had any questions! Looking forward to a return visit!!

Lake Vacation Get-A-Way

This property was ideal for our family of 9. We were able to dock our boat there as well for endless fun. The covered patio was our favorite part of the trip. The kids all enjoyed the chickens and ducks!

Perfect Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our first time stay on Lake Waconia. The Lakehouse was beautifully appointed and fit our small family’s needs perfectly. The house is very close to town and just a few minutes from the winery at Sovereign Estate. Who knew Minnesota had a wine country!! We’d love to go back someday! Highly recommend!!

Let it Snow Let it Snow on the Vintage World

Great place to stay, access on and off the lake was easy for our vintage sleds. Owner allowed us to park our vintage sleds in her garage because of the cold weather, they dont do well in sub zero weather. Overall great place, great town and great owner.

Beautiful, peaceful Lakehouse

It was a very nice gathering spot for our family to celebrate together. Fishing, cooking, playing games and having a wonderful lake view. The fire pit was used every night for us late nighters to chat, tell jokes and watch the flames before a quiet sleep.

A nice place for our family weekend!!

Some things I would say about it. I wish they would say more things that are included like chairs for the fire. The gas tank on the grill ran out of gas.. it would be nice if they had it full. Trash cans should be empty before we started our stay. Overall it was a good experience!

Really beautiful and comfortable house .. we loved it !

What a wonderful place w/ a beautiful view. Excellent location with everything you need close by. The large space allows toddlers to play in the backyard. And Tracy the owner is a very kind lady who always helped with everything we need to have a pleasant trip.

Excellent Lake Views!!

The weather was exceptional during my stay. I had coffee in the morning on the deck watching the sunrise over the lake. I had a great time working/creating my meals in the gorgeous kitchen with the professional grade stove and oven. I've already recommended my friends and families to check it out!

Our home is located on one of the best lots on Lake Waconia. I truly believe that people, especially kids, should have fun fishing, swimming and just hanging out enjoying nature as often as possible. Everyone should get a little sunburnt, a little dirty, and smell like wood smoke at the end of a perfect day.
