Great rental with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 4 acres in beautiful Chanhassen, Minnesota. Less than a mile from Paisley Park. Only 3 miles from Hazeltine Golf Club. Up to two dogs are allowed with prior permission with a $25 pet fee. Maximum occupancy is 10.

This home has two master bedrooms and an open concept kitchen, eating area and family room, as well as additional family room. Discount for longer rentals, up to one or two months. The home has beds for up to 10 adults .

There is a deck with grill, a firepit and two acres of grass, the rest is wooded. The driveway has a large parking area. There is no garage parking available. Enjoy the firepit and the kids can explore in the woods or play on the beautiful lawn. Firewood is available for a fee.

Feel free to host guests during your stay, with a maximum of 16 people total.

Special Note: Due to the nature of this property and the upkeep required, you will, on occasion, see us on the property to mow the lawn, pick fruit during harvest time, and other lawn maintenance.

We love meeting our guests. We will meet you upon arrival and show you around and give you the lock code at that time.

Feel free to host guests, with a maximum of 16 people for a small event.

ACCESSIBILITY: The home has two steps up to get into the house, and 7 steps to go up to the main level inside or 7 steps down to the lower level. Inside there is a hand railing on one side of the stairway to the upper level.

We are 19 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and 16 miles from the Mall of America. Close to downtown Minneapolis, about a 30 minute drive.

We stayed at this home while in Minneapolis for our son’s wedding. Terri and her husband were great hosts. Terri met greeted us and showed us around the property. The house was very clean, well stocked with almost anything you could dream of, and spacious. It was delightfully decorated for Christmas. When it snowed, the driveway was cleared in a timely manner and grit was put down to prevent slipping. The toddlers with us especially enjoyed the beautiful wooded yard with snow to play in. They also spotted many squirrels, including an albino one, a fox, and rabbits. Chocolate chip cookies left on counter for us just topped off the experience along with such a warm welcome. thank you!

This home was a fabulous stay with all amenities available. Nice and clean, comfortable living space and beds. Even with easy access and a busier road, the house is tucked back in a wooded area with beautiful scenery. It was great to see the turkeys and deer come to the feeders. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Terri was always available and checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything and were good! ;)

This is a truly beautiful and peaceful property.The autumnal landscape in October and well kept property were a perfect getaway for us and our extended family. It is as well kept and cozy as it looks. Excellent communication and quick responses. Terri let us know they had a PacnPlay and stroller for use with my 7 month old granddaughter and went the extra mile setting up and booster chair with tray for her as well. The basement suite had a large closet perfect, dark and quite for the baby. Plenty of space for a multi family stay with two living spaces. I highly recommend the his property.

The hosts were amazing. Checking in with us during our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and beautiful.

Terri and Dave are the perfect hosts. Terri met us there to go through the house and brought cookies. The house was so clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed the porch and playing in the huge yard. Our 3 year old loved picking and eating the plums. It is in a great location for things to do and places to eat or shop. Would stay here again or recommend to anyone.

We rented this property as our home base for my son's wedding at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. It is spacious, very livable, well-stocked and the host, Terri, could not be nicer. It was very convenient to the Arb as well.The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys who visit daily from the dining room and porch. If we ever need a large house when visiting Minneapolis again, this will be our go to.

This was a wonderful property for our gathering of old college friends. The home is spacious, comfortable, and set on a beautiful property. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and checked in throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. They even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies, which we loved. We appreciated their hospitality, and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Lake Minnetonka family vacation!

The house was big and laid out so nine adults and four kids were not on top of each other. Plenty of room for the kids to run around outside. We love the fire pit and the wildlife. The host were very welcoming. Would recommend this house for large groups. Short drive to mall of America and Lake Minnetonka.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable

The property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for large groups. We had wild turkeys come visit us every morning! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and not far from anywhere you want to go. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Daughter’s wedding weekend

The home is lovely and was perfect for our family during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The home was immaculate and well stocked to prepare meals. The hosts are responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this property!

Great location and home

Have a wonderful time in Chanhassen for my nephew's graduation party. The home was perfect for our extended weekend. Lots of space to hang out at the house when we were not out and about.

Perfect for family gathering

Plenty of space for 4 generations to stay together. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. There were enough kitchen items for us to prepare and serve a meal for a large family gathering. Communication with the hosts was great! They provided little things (cookies and sleds) that added to our experience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing property

We booked this for our family Christmas. Terri and Dave were not only extremely professional and helpful, they also made the home feel like Christmas. The home was large with many spaces to gather. The home was extremely clean and there were so many things supplied so we could cook and play games in the home. We were so impressed. We could not recommend this home and its host enough!

Perfect Home for Sibling Reunion

Clean and Spacious inside and out. We enjoyed sitting around dining and deck area visiting with family. The spacious back yard was great for yard games. The patio below the deck was great for sitting out when it got a bit warmer on the deck. All was clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic communication with the host. Seven family members stayed at this house but we had up to eight others join us from another rental for a few hours each day. The open living room, dining, kitchen, patio was perfect for this.

Great Place to Stay

We came up from Iowa for the Renaissance Festival. Six adults. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. House is set off the main road in a beautiful wooded area. Lots of turkeys! About a fifteen minute drive to the festival or Valleyfair amusement park. Also, not a far drive to grocery or convenience stores. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely rebook this property again.

Perfect for a Relaxing Family Gathering

When our family of five was looking for a spacious, attractive home close to my daughter who lives in the Twin Cities, Terri and Dave's home stood out because in addition to meeting our housing needs, it is located on a beautiful 4-acre property, and we like to bird-watch and wander about. Everything inside and outside the house was comfortable and perfect, with spaces for gathering and for alone time. The kitchen had everything (and much more) for easy food preparations, and closets were stocked with extra blankets, board games, and puzzles. We felt quite at home the entire time. Terri and Dave were gracious hosts who let us know to contact them with any need. We knew when arriving we would be very late, and Terri gladly met my daughter in the afternoon so she could drop off food for our breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect!

We have lived in Chanhassen since 1991 and love it here! We enjoy renting to others and making their stay the best possible.

Chanhassen is a great community, near everything in the Minneapolis area. Enjoy time on the deck overlooking the wooded lot, sit by the firepit at night and relax in the open concept living area. Close to Paisley Park, Mall of America, three lakes and much more.

Very private large property. Great layout for families of 8 to 10 people. The lower level master bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size bed works great for couples with kids or teenagers. Sleeps 10 adults (1 bedroom has twin sleep number beds.)
