The home is professionally curated with an eclectic mix of original artwork and antiques. It is surprisingly spacious and equipped to a very high standard, including free high speed internet that allows guests to stay connected via their cell phone. We also offer High Speed Dish Internet access for guests who need to work remotely.

The property is located 15 minutes from the town of Silverton, and just over an hour from Portland, OR. This beautiful property is an ideal location for your next escape. Host your family and friends in style. Ideal location close to several wedding venues, wineries, or hike fantastic waterfalls. Abiqua Falls and Silver Fall’s ‘The Trail of Ten Falls’ are all close so you can enjoy the ultimate outdoor experience!

An Important Note to All our Guests:

My staff and myself go above and beyond to make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned! We wash off everything! Always have and always will... From light switches to all door handles, my staff and myself are diligent! So rest assured, our property with be professionally cleaned and sterilized from top to bottom for your comfort and safety!

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is an additional guest fee for groups larger than 4 guests. The rate is per-person for the total number of booked nights, NOT per night. Please be sure that you have listed the accurate number of guests. Infants and children count towards the total number of guests.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow guest to use the white sofa for sleeping. (You may incur an additional fee)!

We have horses, chickens, and a friendly dog. We are happy to show you the horses, but please do not allow the dog; Kona inside the home or open any gates or visit the horses unattended.

We have a strict non cigarette smoking policy. Due to the high fire risk cigarette smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property or surrounding areas.

We have a no shoes inside the home policy.

The Kitchen:
Guests will feel at home in the well equipped Chef’s Kitchen. The custom tile, marble countertops and Oak flooring throughout create a welcoming space to cook a delicious family meal, or just hang out and enjoy the lovely views of the farm and pond from the kitchen window.

The Living Rooms:
There is a comfortable living room with a cozy down filled sectional sofa. TV/DVD player with a large collection of movies and lending library for your enjoyment.

*A separate family room creates an additional living space. Or a 3rd 'Bedroom' with a comfortable full sized Sleeping Sofa. It has access to the front porch with lovely views of the farm. An ideal place to sit and enjoy that early morning cup of coffee. Comes complete with fun board games, puzzles and a chess set.

Dining Room:
The gracious formal dining room has a large Refectory Table that seats up to eight guests. Ideal for hosting a dinner with family and friends in comfort and style!

Bedrooms:
The large Master Bedroom suite has a queen size bed with crisp cotton sheets, luxurious down comforters, pillows and a Wool Berber carpet. The master bath has a tub/shower. This stylish bedroom has access the deck and private Cedar Hot Tub through a French door.

*There is also an additional sleeping annex with 2 twin beds located off the master bedroom and is ideal for families.

The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed that is a handmade Luxury Mcroskey.

The 3rd' bedroom' is located in the front of the home.

Bathrooms:
The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located off the Laundry Room /Mudroom and has a large walk in shower. Host provides luxury style hotel amenities.

Outdoor Space:
French Doors open off the living room allowing guests to enjoy the private garden with custom deck and Private spring fed natural Cedar Hot tub! Comfortable patio table & chairs with propane BBQ and a view complete this wonderful space.

There are many interesting local attractions in and around Silverton.
The 'Trail of Ten Falls' at Silver Falls St. Park should not be missed!
And there are several excellent restaurants and brewpubs, great shopping, a delightful seasonal Saturday morning Farmers Market.
