A beautiful view, luxurious decor, and amenities at your fingertips, this Villa 11 is the perfect place to stay when you want to get away from it all -The Marina Pinacate Resort ,Villa 11-Ground floor, Beautiful decorated new remodeled ,Two bedrooms ,Two baths with a full kitchen with all appliances ,each room has a flat screen Tv and DVD, over 120 cable channels ,with sport channels ( the resort gives only 9 poor TV channels if you don't have your own cable), private optic cable strong Wi-Fi ( not a resort poor signal who will drop every 30 seconds),Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Stick, sleep 6 adults and a child under 12 y old ,washer ,dryer and dishwasher for you to use, parking by the villa door,24/7 gated security. In the master bedroom closet a safe is provided for your convenience, you can open and close it by using any credit or debit card, very simple and safe.

The Villa is 100 yards from the water and with walking distance from all bar and restaurants , excellent night life!

Bring your beach towels and enjoy the nice sand on the beach, the resort hot tub, beach volleyball, fire pit outside, two pools, grills, exercise room, and on site computer room without ever having to get in your car or leave the gated community.

The resort BBQ's are great for grilling up fresh fish and also make a great happy hour spot to enjoy cocktails with neighbors. If you need to return an email or check on some work you will be happy to know there is a business center in the main center lobby
Many shops,8 restaurants are within close proximity ,5 bars either across the street or next door at the hotel ,all serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great location, accommodations, and staff

Beautiful large villa that looks upon pool and hot tub. Restraints just off property, and gate staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay very much and everything was great at the condominium. Host is super friendly and easy to communicate as well as property security. We will be back soon again 😊

Property is well-kept and working with owner was great!

Other than the construction that was taking place, the overall stay was great. Wish it was closer to the water/beach access but the actual villa was well maintained.

Very cute place! Felt like we were at home but with nicer views. The beach is a short distance from the property. So many places to eat and shop around. Will definitely be back!!

Fabulous, very well stocked & appointed!!

Excellent place. I have been renting in RP for many years and have never stayed in a place that was better stocked and appointed. We like to cook and the kitchen was better stocked that any I have ever had. It was easy to see that the home was well loved.

Perfect Getaway on Beach

This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!

Excellent stay with plenty of amenities

I have only stayed a few places in Puerto Penasco and this condo happens to be on of the great ones, it’s extremely clean, the a/c was perfect for the heat outside, the tv’s had channels from dish, the freezer had frozen mugs to put your beer in which is a nice touch. checking in is simple, it’s secure and feels safe with security constantly roaming. Thank you I may come again

Our stay was amazing! The Condos are amazing , there's pools, kiddie pools, and a jacuzzi, the view of the beach is amazing and there's also a volleyball net. The condo was fully stocked with everything. It was close everything we didn't have to drive to far. It's super family friendly! Ovi’s place was in an amazing location. There is a path that leads directly from the back to the public beach. It is also right next to all the Calle 13 restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The security is very strict but as long as you don’t take your wristband off, you’re fine. The ac was not working well but Ovi called someone immediately and it was fixed. He is very responsive and a good host

GREAT PLACE GREAT PRICE GREAT LOCATION

The onl y negative was that I only stayed for 1 night. The entire process was super easy and the unit itself served its purpose for my trip to rocky point. My family loved the unit and I will def return. I only booked for 1 night because I had only drove down to Rocky point for 1 day to check it out and see if its something that I would like to plan for a longer stay. Everything checked out so next year I will be staying here for a very long weekend with my family. The place is fully loaded with everything you need and it beats staying at a hotel if you have a group of 4 or more so that way you can all stay together.

Centralized and beautifully decorated.

Walked into a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath ground floor villa. This condo is in a very central location close to restaurants and bars. The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need if you prefer to cook your own dinner. The security guards are very friendly and patrol the property 24 hrs which made us feel safe. We were a family of five and fit very comfortably. We highly recommend this property and will rent again in the future. Ovi the owner was extremely easy to work with and was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I do recommend the AC unit get inspected as it was a little warm in the unit. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work but luckily my husband travels with his own. These can be easily fixed. Thanks again Ovi, we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed here with my family (5). Overall the place is super nice and clean and convenient. Ovi was very helpful and sent his housekeeper several times when we had a few issues. There were a few areas of complication/miscommunication. 1. There IS a hottub on the patio, but it's not for guest use (apparently it occasionally is, for an extra fee per day, but when we were there it didn't look to be operational) 2. There are 3 pools and 2 hot tubs in the courtyard, but the pool and hot tub closest to the apartment are not for guest use either, they're only for owners. 3. There are loads of power strips conveniently placed around the apartment, but they are VERY touchy, which resulted in sketchy electricity for several devices and appliances. The overall wiring of the place is a bit suspect, as one of the lights in the bathroom was very unreliable. We thought that the internet was unreliable, but it turned out to be that the router was plugged into a power strip, and once we shifted that, it was good. 4. There's supposedly video games, but it seemed to be only an Amazon Fire Stick which had no log-in info. 5. We were there with 3 teens/preteens, and loved how spacious it was. But we weren't prepared for how crowded with decorations it would be. There was very little surface area to put down our own stuff, 'cause there were breakable decorations everywhere. Had to move some to the floor for safekeeping. 6. Well stocked kitchen but only 1 dish towel. Could have used more.

Place has everything you need . Wasn't to hot so the beach they had was fine for the kids to play. Bummer the water access was not there due to the rocks but the actual beach is not to far to walk and enjoy . Loved the parking was right at the door for easy loading and unloading .

57th birthday Father's Day all in all great week in the villa

Property very strict but it is understandable there are owners that have the rights to things where renters can sometimes be a little disturbing so they want their private areas
