The apartment was wonderfully appointed and in a great location too, very close to many of the attractions. The hot tub was a real plus too and very refreshing to relax in after a hot day sightseeing. The process for accessing the property was also very straightforward and we would definitely love to return in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Florence. The location was very convenient, the first-floor access was easy, and the gorgeous courtyard was a great bonus. The AC worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the large bathroom was much appreciated. Our host was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment. Good location close to everything, or just a short walk away. Communication with host was good. Smooth and easy check in and out. The bedrooms were nice, and the bathroom and shower was spacious. The hot tub in the back was the cherry on top. All in all it was a good experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

This property has every amenity you might be looking for. It is nicely layered out and spacious. The apartment is located on the ground floor which makes it perfect when travelling with suitcases, and has a quaint garden area with a hot tub. Gabriel was a great host.

We had everything we needed and there was a few nice extras. It was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again. The host was extremely helpful.

Perfect location

Cozy and comfortable, wonderful dealing with Gabrielle. Apartment was in the perfect location to see and experience all of Florence without while still being on a quiet tucked away street.

Wonderul days in Florence!

This is a beautiful if quaint property and we felt like we were in a postcard. Comfortable, cozy, nicely appointed. Really enjoyed it and easy walking distance to the Duomo!

Great Location

Great location, within walking distance of everything. Gabriel was extremely pleasant and very helpful with any questions. Place is a bit smaller than pics portrayed, but worked well. Would stay again for sure.

We LOVED this property. Very comfortable. Excellent location. Close enough to everything but still quiet. We had everything we needed. Host was always available. Hope to get back there!

Florence home base

We enjoyed staying at this updated Florence apartment. It definitely served as a "home base" for exploring Florence, Tuscany, and the surrounding areas. Gabriel was a very accommodating and helpful host who made sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Gabriel was helpful, flexible and stocked the unit with all sorts of supplies which made it very comfortable. The only blemish was not knowing that the bedrooms did not have windows, which made the air a little stale during the night. Location was great, and not climbing stairs was a big plus.

Fantastic location. A few minutes from the major sites. Lovely rustic Italian apartment with the best bathroom and shower! Gabriel is very helpful and the information provided was very comprehensive but simply conveyed and timely timely.

Great place in great location

Really cool vrbo in really cool location. We were easy walking distance to everything in downtown Florence. The place was very clean and easy to stop in multiple times during the day while running around the awesome town. The host was communicative and helpful. We spent most of our time out in Florence but the actual place is great for hanging out at too. If I go back to Florence I would easily look this place up again.

Our own space in Florence

This was an amazing property to stay during our visit to Florence. For one, the shower is huge which is a real luxury in Italy. Gabriel was extremely helpful in getting us acclimated with the property and Florence. You have everything you could ever need provided. Highly recommend.

Don’t hesitate!

Gabriel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire stay. The property is located just at enough distance where you can enjoy the quiet, yet still walk to everything in Florence. I don’t believe the pictures do it justice!

The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, excellent location. We liked the book of information including near by restaurants and bars. Loved Bitter Bar. Only issues were lack of wine glasses and no olive oil. It's Italy-we thought those items were a given. And just a note: the flat iron is not of the right voltage and the diffuser does not fit the hair dryer.

Florence with a hot tub!

First of all Gabriel is the best VRBO host I have encountered. Made the process easy and informative. The unit is really set up with everything you need, from shampoos to detergents to kitchen utensils. Great location too. Beds are firm and comfy, and the shower is awesome. Do not think twice, this is the place for 4. Thanks again Gabriel, had a great time!

Five Star Apartment!!!

First of all, the location of this apartment is perfect for reaching all of the important sights by foot! The apartment is very roomy and has all of the things you would need. Our host, Gabriel, was so helpful! He spent a lot of time with an area map showing us the good restaurants and where to shop for food. He arranged our departure taxi to the train station, too

This apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to everything. It’s also quite spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. The bedrooms do not have windows, but we were aware of that in advance, so it wasn’t an issue for us.One feature we really appreciated was the dryer; definitely a bonus for a stay in Italy, where many places offer washers but not dryers. It made things much more convenient. The bathroom is large, modern, and it was wonderful to have that much space.We didn’t end up using the Jacuzzi, as the evenings were quite buggy outside and we preferred not to risk getting bitten. We also attempted to use the TV, but despite following the instructions, we couldn’t get it to work. The remote provided was a different brand than the one mentioned, which made it a bit confusing. It wasn’t a major issue, just a bit of a hassle.Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Gabriel met us out front and helped us unload after a crazy ride from Pisa, Florence airport could not allow us to land. He went over everything and we felt right at home.The place was stocked with everything we might need for a short term stay, we added things because we were there for 3 months. The beds were very comfy, Gabriel added a topper to the big bed to add a bit more comfort. We loved the couch as well. The hot tub was a big plus as it was freezing in Florence in January. The place is on a busy street, but you don't hear any of that in the apartment. Sometimes you can hear a neighbor putting away a bike or something in the basement off the living room bedroom. In general, it is very quiet for the neighborhood and a safe haven from the hustle and bustle of the city.The location is incredible, 6 minutes from the Ambrosia mercado, 3 minutes from Conad (groceries), Swan gym down the block and plenty of delicious Pasterceri close by. Anytime we had any issues Gabriel was just a text away. He took care of everything for us, even at the end he ordered a taxi for us to the airport. We definitely want to return to Florence and to this wonderful apartment. Grazie Millie Gabriel for Tutti!!!

Quiet Florence Apartment

The apartment is located on a quieter street away from the busier attraction areas. It is however, close to groceries, restaurants and cafes. It is also walking distance to all tourist areas and conveniently close to the bus route for the train station and other attractions. The apartment is very nice and has all the needed amenities for a very comfortable stay. Two suggestions I have for the owner: 1. Adding a microwave oven for families to re-heat leftovers 2. The master bedroom is a little dark and does not have enough lighting. A brighter master would add significantly to the apartment. Overall, our families enjoyed our stay, including watching TV during our downtime. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your feedback; we just bought a microwave and changed the light in the master bedroom. Remember that whenever you’ll come back to Firenze, you’re always welcome to out house.

Not quite usable nor as comfortable as expected

There were a couple of reasons we could not use the hot tub. Mosquitos were and issue but most importantly it was lack of towels. If you shower before you get in then your towel is now wet when you get out. I like to shower after also but again you have a wet towel. The place was extremely dark and the overhead lightly was Bright white bulbs and that is not a comfortable atmosphere. Lamps would be so nice for reading and ambiance. The washing machine AND the dishwasher both leaked when used so there were even more wet towels.
