SPECTACULAR VILLA LOCATED IN A PRIVILEGED AREA NEXT TO THE SEA



Villa Dreams, is a spacious and delicately white house with incredible sea views. It’s located in a very quiet area but at the same time close to the centre of Moraira and its beautiful beaches. It’s just 8 minutes by car from the centre of Moraira and 750 meters from the shopping centre Pepe la Sal. Nearby is Ifach Club de Golf with some of the best views of the Valencian Community.



The villa of 400 m2 and approximately 1400 m2 of land has a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and two covered terraces with comfortable furniture.



It ‘s distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, completely open to the outside, we can find on the right the kitchen fully equipped with all utensils and appliances and on the left a bathroom and the first bedroom # 5, with 2 bed of 90 and a fan.



On this same floor, there is also an immense dining room, the living room on two levels and the double bedroom # 2 with a spacious dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has air conditioning and direct access to the pool.



On the first floor, we can find the other 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and exit to the same terrace with sea views. The main room # 1 has a large dressing room and an equally spacious en suite bathroom, room # 3 has two beds of 90 and the last room # 4 with a bed of 150 has an en suite bathroom.



The villa also has WI-FI and a covered parking space inside the plot.



IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.
