Guests can access the entire villa, totally at their disposal: ideal for 4/6 people, but well livable even for eight being able to take advantage of a sofa bed in the living room.
Upon arrival of the guests, scheduled for Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00, the owners will be present to illustrate the house and provide useful information for the stay; the owners will also be present at the guests' departure scheduled for Saturday no later than 10:00, for the return of the security deposit of € 300 if provided after inspection of the house.
For any need and urgency, guests have access to the telephone number of the owners, who live elsewhere but who can reach the house within an hour.
The climate, being the villa on a hill, is always pleasant and windy.
