San Miguel Village is a residential complex with seawater heated pool, in front of the sea and surrounded by a promenade. It’s located in Oasis del Sur (Golf del Sur). Our modern bungalow is fully equipped and composed of a functional kitchen open to a living room, a double bedroom, a shower room and a terrace perfect for sunbathing. It has high speed WiFi and Smart TV with international channels system. We are in a quiet yet centric location, close to the main tourist attractions. Perfect for families and retirees. one. APARTMENT
Guests will enjoy of a wonderful and modern ground floor apartment:
• Kitchen: It’s very functional and equipped with all cooking utensils for 4 guests (coffee pot, fridge, freezer, glass ceramic hob, oven, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher and washing machine).
• Living room: A bright space composed of a comfortable sofa (it simply folds out to becomes a double bed), a Smart TV with its stand and the main table with chairs. Windows are blackout at night *
• Double bedroom: Spacious and comfortable double bedroom with double mattress, a big built-in closet a safe and window.
• Shower room: Full equipped shower room with toilet and sink.
• Terrace: Sunny area with a table, chairs a sunshade, sunbeds and barbecue perfect for cooking.
Everything is designed to the guests ’holidays, you just need to enjoy and relax. For this reason, we supply fresh mattress bases, beddings, blankets, pillows and towels. Moreover, we provide unlimited high speed WiFi and an International TV system (English, French, German, Russian… channels). We have private parking spot for those who want to hire a car. We can supply a high chair and a cot for babies (let us know before, please). It’s not necessary that travelers bring their towels, they will have fresh pool and shower towels available. Furthermore, we provide salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea and cleaning products (detergent and fabric softener are included).
2. COMPLEX
It’s a quiet area, right in front of the ocean, with supermarkets and restaurants within 100 meters and next to a wonderful golf course (the largest of the island). The place is very accessible and has a taxi rank within 100 meters and a bus stop within 250 meters.
If you want to visit a lively fishing village, Los Abrigos is just 10 minutes walking. This village is famous for its wide number of restaurants specializing in fish and traditional cuisine of the Canary Islands.
The property is 2 minutes walking from the beach. Hiper Dino (Canarian supermarket) is 3 minutes on food. Playa de las Americas is 13 km from here, while Puerto de la Cruz is 44 km away. The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur Airport, 3 km from the property.
The outdoor swimming pools are a great place to do some exercise, relax and have fun with family and friends. There are two seawater pools only a few steps away. The small one is exclusively for the youngest ones. The main pool, however, is perfect for everyone and any time of the year, as it is heated to 24 ºC during the winter.
3. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We do not live on this complex, but we live close. We are at your disposal if something unexpected comes up, help or questions. You just need to contact us. We almost always interact with our guests. We love to make them feel welcome and at home, show them the complex and share our knowledge of the great places to go in our beautiful area. Let me know if you don't want to interact with me and I'll leave you alone quickly :) Gaspar or Mitzzi are responsible to checking in and out our guests, they speak Spanish, French, a little bit of English and Catalan.
