Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 4-room villa that spans across 140 square meters on two levels. The villa boasts beautiful furnishings, including a living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace. On the main level, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a double hand-basin, corner bath, and fan, while the other bedroom has a shower and fan. Both bedrooms provide direct access to the terrace.

Amenities Included
The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another large bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, along with an exit leading to the swimming pool and a shower/WC area. The villa is also furnished with electric heating, a terrace with outdoor furniture and deck chairs (4), and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the garden.
