This brand new 3 bedroom home with private pool and lanai that is beautifully decorated. Enjoy a king master bedroom, a queen guest bedroom and a oversized 6 bed bunk room. Each room has its own separate entry from the great room and its own separate bathroom. Enjoy a large great room with open living, dining, eat in breakfast area and kitchen. The kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances and is appointed with brand new and top of the line small appliances, cooking gear and entertaining dishes. You will love the massive 16 foot island to gather all your friends and family around.

You will find amazing attention to detail with every, tile and decor blended to a beautiful white and blue coastal contemporary style.

The outdoor lanai and pool area is completely covered with screen in mesh. The lanai is full covered under roof and includes ceiling fans. The solar heated pool also includes a child safety gate that is fully removable if not needed. You will also enjoy lounge chairs by the pool, a large outdoor dining table, plus two other seating areas to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Weber gas grill is also included for the BBQ enthusiasts.

You will also enjoy a two car garage with garage door openers and plenty of room for storage.

It is important to note you are only 1 mile to Bonita Beach and close to Lovers Key and Barefoot Beaches. Located conveniently between Naples, Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. With 8 of the 10 top ranked restaurants within 1 mile of our home, you will also enjoy many wonderful dining out options.

Had a great time!

Wonderful property very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect modern layout in the house with plenty of room to spread out. Very spacious outdoor seating area with beautiful screened pool. Hosts were very pleasant and responsive.

Great house for our family/friend getaway!

This was the perfect house for our getaway with 4 adults and 4 kids. House was beautiful and spacious. Beds were comfy and kids loved having their own bunk room. Outdoor space with the pool was great for fun and relaxation. Awesome and easy location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this house.

Perfect

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this home during our recent mini vacation to Bonita Springs. The home is modern, spacious, and has all the amenities a family needs. Best thing about it is the welcoming attitude of the owner, Kim!

Lovely Home.

Very nice house. Walking distance to Docs, Coconut Jacks and the beach. Well stocked with supplies. Beds are very comfortable. We had a really great time.

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything you need including bikes and beach thing’s available. My 7 year old granddaughter LOVED her room. Close to everything but felt private.

Beautiful comfortable home and accessible to beautiful beaches

We were in town for a baby shower and only spent two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We walked to the beach and avoided the parking nightmare. We enjoyed the bicycles…they were an extra special treat. The hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond. We would highly recommend!

Enjoyable vacation

We had a wonderful week! The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 kiddos 6 and under and my parents joined too. We all had a really enjoyable time and the house had everything we needed, it is a very well stocked house! Kim was super easy to work with and very prompt with responses. Thank you!

Heavenly getaway

Spacious open floor plan home, super clean, with nice decor. Plenty of seating, inside and out by the pool. Full access to beach toys, bikes, towels and a cooler, making for an easy beach or pool day. Loved the fully stocked kitchen, made our meal prep simple. Great place for 2 families... the kids loved the bunk room! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thanks for making our beach getaway so fantastic!

Great place

Really enjoyed the house and pool, although they clean it on Mondays now apparently instead of Saturdays, so it got a little green on Sunday. Great rooms and bathroom. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. It's a great location if you don't mind driving to the beach. Great kitchen if you enjoy cooking with friends and family. The kitchen had everything you need in it. There are beach toys and chairs to take to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation in Bonita

The home had a great floorplan with bathrooms off each bedroom. The Kitchen, Dining, and Great Room flowed nicely so we all could be together. The homeowner has thought of everything and the home is well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, consumable items, beach and pool gear, etc. TV and internet service was outstanding. The best amenity was the location! It was in a quiet neighborhood with a large lot for privacy, but we were within minutes of shopping, quality restaurants, and the beaches. Kim, the owner was very accessible and accommodating to all of our needs. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect accommodations!

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and entertainment. It was so perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for our group of 10. So much seating and places to spread out. Thd bedrooms were very large and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how well-stocked the kitchen was… so many dishes, pots and pans and lots of paper products and spices and condiments! Even the bathrooms had travel-size toiletries in case we forgot something. The grill worked well and the pool was clean. There was complete privacy from the neighbors. Can’t save enough about this property and property manager

Spring Break Vacation

Could not have asked for a better place for our family of 4 adults, a 6 year old and 1 year old to enjoy A Spring break get away. Everything we needed was there. From high chair and pack n play to games (we had an ongoing game of Monopoly with our 6 year old grandson) to pool time, bikes to ride to the beach, wonderful outdoor space which included a security fence so we had no worries with the children and the pool. And so many things to do and places to eat. All of the beds were so comfortable and we all felt relaxed and at home from the minute we walked in the door. Kim was so helpful with any questions we had. Thanks so much for opening up your home. We hope to vacation here again in the future.

Amazing property in the perfect spot!

We spent an incredible 5 days with family at this Bonita Springs property. It’s even better than the pictures, just beautifully decorated inside and out, comfortable beds, lots of towels and pillows, everything you could need provided for you. We loved the extra large kitchen counter and the way each bedroom is spaced out with its own bathroom. The double bunk room is huge and was awesome for the kiddos to hang out in day and night. The pool was perfect and the lights were so fun. Nearby there are great spots for pizza (Leoni’s), ice cream (Royal Scoop), groceries (Publix) and dinner (The Fish House)! Also, it’s close to the airport, beach, mini golf and outlet shopping. And don’t miss The Wonder Gardens! So much to do, we really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

We were coming to Bonita Springs for the Annual Bonita Blues Festival. Unfortunately the festival was cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Kim was willing to refund us but we decided that we needed a weekend away from the madness. We are so happy that we came to this beautiful home. 3 beds 3 baths, huge kitchen living and dining area, beautiful pool and patio. Just gorgeous! Perfect location! Every thing we needed was there. We visited the beach at Lovers Key and even caught some live blues music at Jacks. We hope to come back and rent this house again. Thanks Kim!

Beautiful house. Inside and out.

Stayed in this property with my kids and in laws. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the pool. Adults loved cooking out back on the grill. Overall great property. Will definitely rent again.

Springs Lane house

The house is lovely and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The cold and hot taps are switched in one of the bathrooms so you know. The lanai likely needs a little more frequent cleaning and de-spider webbing.. There was no Kleenex or bath soap but we remedied that with a trip to the grocery. A very user friendly kitchen and we did use it! Could not find remotes for ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms ( present in the bunk room). Thanks

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE PROPERTY

All I have to say is Kim made our stay SO incredibly enjoyable! She is truly the best host and always made sure we were taken care of. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and we had the most amazing time. You are minutes from tons of food, bars and the BEACH!! The pool is perfect and warm! No complaints whatsoever. We cant wait to rebook our stay!

We are travellers ourselves and stay in our home regularly so you can see the care put into them. We also strive to make sure you can get in touch with us 24/7 should you need anything at all.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We have been coming down to Bonita Beach for years and fell in love with it from the very first visit. The proximity between Naples, Ft Myers and Sanibel Island make it a perfect location. We searched for the perfect spot, close to Bonita Beach and couldn't be happier with the location. The ability to bike or walk to the beach and having so many fabulous restaurant options within walking distance make this the perfect location. For those of you who like to kayak, we also have canal access on our property directly behind the pool.
