Two bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse located in beautiful gated community. Completely remodeled, all new appliances, granite countertops, no expense spared. The location is the closest court to the beach, walk just 400 steps to the beautiful beach. Gas grill, beach chairs, towels and all amenities provided all you need to bring is sun screen. Just 45 minutes from Orlando and a short 10 minute drive to the port of Canaveral.

Tranquil Stay at Ocean Woods

Overall we had an amazing 7 days at this property. Communication from the property manager was great from the start, giving us detailed directions on how to access the unit, with videos and texts. They helped so much because it was sort of confusing for us. The door is hidden behind lush greenery. She even informed us of launches at beach! The entire unit had everything we needed to start off our vacation and it was super clean. The only downside of our trip was that the gate to get to the beach (400 steps away) was broken the entire time. The first day my son had to hop over the fence bc we couldn’t get back in and were not aware of the other entryway that was on the other side of the street. Thankfully some neighbors guided us out second time around. The pools were clean and large. We really can’t wait to come back to stay!

Family getaway

My family (husband, me, and two young kids) stayed here while my son participated in a baseball tournament. We loved it and was exactly the right amount of space for a family of 4. The property felt like a home and the community seemed very safe. The property was gated and had beautiful, mature trees growing around. The best were the wild peacocks! Our favorite though was the short walk to the beach on a beautiful, wooded trail. The beach was quiet and we mostly had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed seeing the cruises coming and going. Though we didn't make it up for the night, we heard and saw the tail end of a shuttle launch. We really enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out were easy.

We enjoyed our trip to Cocoa Beach and loved our quiet accommodations. There was a short walk to the beach (never having to cross a road) from our condo and the beach was never crowded. I even saw two rocket launches from the deck of the condo. The condo was just as advertised and we would return again!!!

Excellent place to stay

Was a very good place to stay. Great access to the beach with very few people at the beach location. Easy access to numerous things to do. Host and property manager were both very nice, and provided me with help if needed on anything.

All You Need

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The accommodations, cost, location and amenities made it a great place to stay. A quick walk to a quiet beach and the pools were an added bonus.

Nice condo in a nice area.

The property was very nice. The layout was good and it had all the conveniences. The peacocks were a bonus. My friend and I enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Great Communication

We stayed with our toddler and infant. The area and house worked out great for us. It was super easy getting to the beach and pool. Also having the fenced in patio was nice for the kids. The host was did a great job communicating during hurricane Milton. She kept us up to date on the property and made sure everything was all set for us before we came down.

Fantastic condo near beach

We stayed here for 10 days while in Florida for a baseball tournament. Had a couple of minor issues on arrival but all was taken care of very quickly and in no way affected our trip. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was in a great location. There was a nice path to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any rocket launches but we did see multiple ships come and go from port, even the Utopia’s maiden voyage. We also loved seeing all the peacocks. The owner and property manager were great. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful week long stay. Place is so close to the beach, Peacocks are amazing. Kids enjoyed their room and the extra USB plugs. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, ice maker, and baking sheets. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and toys were available for use. Loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Great spot!

We loved this place. The little private path to the beach was so handy. All the needs for a 10 day stay were met. We had family visits and relaxing times. The hose in back was super handy for washing off sand. Designated parking, great little outdoor space, easy to the beach and plenty of comfort for all! FYI, it was not expected, but there are no leftover spices or condiments in the unit, so bring or buy.Highly reccommend and would stay again!

Lovely stay in April

We so enjoyed the Cape and the condo. Beach, 2 pools, tennis, walks, golf, shopping nearby. The weather was perfect. The condo was just what we needed. We treated it like our own.

Condo was as described and pictured. Property manager and owner readily available when needed. Beds comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked. Unit was a short walk to the ocean. Lots of peacocks in the area. Would stay here again.

Beautiful & Peaceful

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Everything was as described and it had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the beach and often had the pool to ourselves. We loved the peacocks! Highly recommend!

Quiet and Relaxing

Loved our stay

Great property and location to everything. Very quiet and safe. My daughter loved the boogie boards and the beach. Communication with Jane was great and property exactly as described. Beach very close and we loved the peacocks! We will definitely come back. Thank you!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were here last year so we knew the area and layout. The condo was fine for us. If you have children it might be a little crowded since there’s only one bathroom. It’s a short walk to the beach. I think the 400 feet claim is accurate. The seaweed wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. Port Canaveral is about a 20-30 minute walk up the beach. We spent several days at the pool. The water was perfect temperature and it wasn’t too crowded. I would recommend 400 Steps to the Beach for a married couple.

Fantastic vacation :)

Property was exactly as advertised! Perfect size for the 4 of us :). The condo comes with everything you need to just sit back and relax. Check in was a breeze. 400 steps to the cleanest beaches in Florida :) :). We got to see a rocket launch from the beach, which was cool!! Celine is wonderful and made sure all our questions and needs were met. This was our fourth stay in this wonderful community! We will definitely be back.

Quiet and Relaxing!

This is the second year we stayed here in this unit. My biggest complaint is that it has already been rented out for next year and we will have to find another place. I love the pool, we made daily visits there. I'm not an ocean person as far as getting in the water but I saw plenty of sunrises, ships leaving port, and walked up and down the beach to collect shells. The neighbors were so nice, we visited with them often. Highly recommend this property.
