This is a perfect location for enjoying Ptown’s restaurants, shopping, and nightlife with the Boatslip and Bay Beach only steps away.

You will enjoy a bright and airy modern home on a charming street lined with historic homes. The gym, grocery store, and bike rentals are a walk away. Herring Cove Beach and the National Seashore, with its miles of scenic bike trails through the dunes and forest, are a short bike ride away.

Your updated vacation place is designed with a spacious open plan comprised of a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. A washer and dryer are located within a custom-built cabinet and there is a dishwasher for your convenience. Relax under a rain shower head in the large walk-in shower of the remodeled tiled bathroom. Two separate bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, enhance privacy in your home away from home. Use the temperature-controlled mini split a/c for your desired level. Hardwood floors add a glow to the comfortable, stylish furnishings and artwork. A shared brick patio awaits you in the garden. For your exclusive use, a dedicated parking space for a small/medium-sized car is available.

Condo convenient to everything

Mark is the perfect host. He provides helpful information about the property at check in and is prompt to reply if there are questions. The condo was perfect for us. Convenient to the gym, grocery store, restaurants, and the boatslip. This was our second year staying here. I’d definitely stay here again.

Roomy and Convienient

We enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo while In Provincetown. Located on a quiet street the condo is steps away from downtown. We arrived to find the place clean and since we love cooking we especially liked that the kitchen is well equipped. We brought our own small charcoal grill and made BBQ dinners a couple of nights. Fresh linens and beach towels were supplied. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Location!

This place was great! Location was perfect (Two minute walk to boat slip), Mark’s communication was fantastic, and even walking to/from the grocery store was doable. I would stay here again, definitely.

Amazing condo, centrally located w/ great landlord

Enjoyed a beautiful week in Ptown with a friend. The two bedroom condo is beautiful and centrally located to everything (Boat Slip, restaurants, bars, galleries, Boy Beach, bike rental, etc.). The kitchen and living space was wonderful for meals and relaxing at home during a rainy evening. Landlord communicated well and was very accommodating. Looking forward to saying again next year!

Perfect rental

The condo is ideally located in walking distance to everything in PTown. The unit was clean and well furnished. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I'd definitly recommend and also rent this until again.

Excellent Ptown stay

Well appointed property that has everything you need for the perfect Ptown vacation. Very stylishly decorated with all the modern conveniences to ensure you feel welcome. Location is optimal for access to all Ptown has to offer. Owner was very accessible and checked in on us without being intrusive.

Perfect place to stay in Provincetown

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Provincetown, and our accommodations were absolutely perfect. This is a beautifully decorated, clean property at the perfect location in Provincetown. Just off Commercial street and close to morning/evening places - but not too close to be noisy. Great parking and all the amenities. This is a two-bedroom condo with plenty of space, a nice sized kitchen, plenty of windows and a beautiful living room. We're so glad we stayed here and would give this property the very highest recommendation!

Fantastic location in Provincetown

Everything about Mark’s home was perfect! It was spotless and well thought out. The location is perfect, just a block off of Commercial yet very quiet in the evening. We were there during a hot spell in August and were grateful for the super efficient air conditioning. Mark was easy to reach and had great recommendations for restaurants. We’re looking forward to another visit and will definitely stay at Mark’s again.

Super super rental

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week - we worked from home during the day and went to the beach / commercial street in the evening. The space was so comfortable for us. It was impeccably clean, furniture and beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower were spacious, everything we needed to cook meals, and I could go on and on. The majority of the neighbors are homeowners and we’re incredibly friendly and welcoming. Beach umbrella and towels and paddles were provided. We wanted to stay longer and I have nothing bad to say about this place - we’ll be staying here again.

Hidden Little Gem in P-Town

I arrived after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and the house was pristine-clean. You could tell, it just felt and smelled fresh and clean (What a way to be received in P-Town!). The air temperature of the AC at the house was set about right, it was very pleasant when I came in. The two bedrooms were adorable (again everything was super organized), and the bathroom felt bigger than in the pictures, and it was very organized and super clean as well. I settled in, and realized how convenient and well located for and from everything the house is. (Bike Rental, Tea, Restaurants, even the Stop&Shop grocery store). I loved it. I'm not a party person, so the street the house is on is very quiet at night which was really nice, and again, I loved it. The kitchen looked brand new and well equipped, all the essentials were there to make for a nice and relaxing stay. The linens were clean and in a very good condition, and all the appliances looked/felt as if they were brand new. This is the perfect house for someone that is looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing stay in Provincetown in a beautiful, well-maintained, extra cozy home. I would rate this AAA+ All my best and hopefully they'll continue to keep this house in the same great condition! –Diego

The place is just charming, even more so than the pictures. All the details are there, nicely stocked kitchen, cozy living room, great light and breeze from all sides, plush beach towels, new WD, and comfortable furniture. My wife and I have been coming to Provincetown yearly for forty years. I know, we are old. We have stayed in several motels and B&B's over the years. Over the past few years we have used HomeAway when we travel. I have not posted any reviews in the past but I feel Mark, the owner, deserves one. His place was perfect for our family. My two adult daughters still make the annual trip with us to Provincetown. It appeared to be newly renovated and it was spotless. Two minute walk to Commercial Street for the restaurants and shops. We used the Provincetown Inn pool, open to the public, a few times. It is a 10 -15 minute walk. Even though you are between Bradford and Commercial Streets it is very quiet. Overall, a fabulous experience.

Truly a home away from home

This condo is well situated on a quiet block near the heart of Commercial Street. The condo itself is well maintained, clean and spacious. I had a wonderful rapport with the owner of the condo. He was very receptive to all of my concerns and questions. I highly recommend this listing and will be renting this condo again next year.

Perfect 2 bedroom in Great West End location

This condo is located in a perfect location just a block north of the Boat Slip. I’ve stayed in many condos/houses in P town and this is among the best. It has all you need to make your stay one that is quite memorable and relaxing. Loved the washer and dryer to clean our clothes before we left. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Very close to market and Ptown bikes. You can walk to everything as well. You can’t go wrong with this place! Definitely will be back!
