The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed set (double on the bottom twin on the top). The pyramid bunk also features an additional pull-out single bed! Covered parking and easy access with an elevator in the building. Soak up the sun in our community pool. 2 TVs (one 42" flat screen), stay connected with free WiFi, DVD, videos, books, board games, and puzzles. Or challenge friends to a game on the Sony PlayStation at the property. You can cool off after a long day in the sun in your outside shower. View of canal and docks. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. There is not a boat slip with this condo, but one may be available to rent by the real estate office with additional notice.
