Great spot for family of four with teenagers. Very walkable to everything. I also love all the restaurants on Holyrood as you walk towards the Royal Mile. The view is fantastic and the apartment stays very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Great location at the “other” of the Royal Mile with views of Arthur’s Seat out of your bedroom window and balcony! It was great to be enjoying the history and beauty of Edinburgh in a spacious modern apartment with an elevator. Three separate bedrooms with two full baths, plus a sliding door that divides the living and sleeping spaces and full size washing machine made it extremely comfortable for three adult women. There’s even a parking spot, although we did not utilize it.We stayed there for three nights and were extremely comfortable.

Our stay at the Holyrood house was excellent! Waking up to the view of Arthur’s Seat was stunning! It was spacious, extremely clean and perfect for the five of us. We enjoyed the little time we had in between activities relaxing in the apartment and enjoying the view. It’s so close to the beginning of the Royal Mile/Holyrood Palace, yet far enough from the noise of the city centre. There is a little grocery store right up the street. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The location of this apartment was fantastic. There were parks, Arthur’s Seat, Holyrood Palace and easy access to other sites, yet it was quite and calm. The apartment was clean and just the right size for us. The drawbacks were that it was very bare bones, there was a clothes washer/dryer, but no detergent, no trash pails except in kitchen and no shampoo, cooking oil, not enough TP or paper towels etc. Check in communication was confusing, but after that, the manager was very responsive.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4 and was equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. In addition, it had a washer and dryer and the location was close to the royal mile which made it very nice to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations and location in Edinburgh

Our group of four loved this property. It was beautiful and had great access to a lot of attractions including Royal Mile. Very walkable.

Great location, easy check in and easy access to The Royal Mile and the castle. The view of Arthur’s seat was beautiful. The floors were squeaky! That was probably our only con of the place.

Fabulous apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. One block off the Royal Mile near Hollyrood Palace - it was gloriously quiet for sleeping. The living room, dining room and kitchen had huge windows looking at Arthur’s Seat. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, lovely kitchen. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Location

What a stunner of an apartment. Lots of room, location was perfect. You can walk everywhere from here. You have a great view of Arthur’s seat. My only complaints are, only one frying pan and the single bed was uncomfortable for a 20 year old. I would definitely book this place again.

Huge clean apartment in a great location with beautiful views! Overall a good apartment that would consider renting again.Only comments are the mattresses were something to be desired and it should more clear about what self-catering means. We were traveling from out of the country and only there for a few nights and had no idea we’d need to purchase our own toilet paper. Also was not hand soap in every bathroom. These seem like standards for a rental. Also would have been nice to have a binder with instructions about unit (how to use appliances), check out procedure etc. Although whenever I messaged people responded to me quickly.

Great view and convenient location!

The pictures online accurately depict the property. It worked out great for our family of 3 adults. Only issue I had was when we first tried to access the lobby to get to where the keys were stored, but the property manager was quick to get that issue resolved. The view of Arthurs Seat was great!

Spacious Apartment with Fabulous View

The apartment was in a great location, so close to Arthur's Seat. We enjoyed the fabulous view from the apartment and did climb Arthur's Seat on our first morning. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms. Very handy to have an allocated car park. Maurice the concierge was very friendly and helpful.

Large space close to everything

We loved this property! It was clean. It was big. It was within walking distance of just shut everything we wanted to see and so in Edinburgh. It was a great price for such a great stay. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures. And since we had a rental car, the free, protected parking was a HUGE plus!

Flat 15 at The Park

This 3BR with 2 Bath flat was very comfortable, well maintained, with lots of room, and with comfortable beds. The location is well situated, close to the rail station with a nearby Tesco convenience store and several restaurants. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would love to stay there on my next trip to Edinburgh.

Spectacular space in Edinburgh

Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, quiet apartment with a view of Arthur’s Seat just off the Royal Mile. The location could not have been better. Parking was easy. Tesco and restaurants are steps away. The building manager was helpful. No complaints!

It was so nice to see the view of Arthur's Seat from our flat. It was all clean except a couple dead bugs on the window sill. It was a missing things that you usually expect in a vacation rental such as no paper towels or napkins to get you going. No dish brush or sponge requiring you to use your hand to clean dishes. No pot holder, but we used the dish towel to grab things in the oven. No shampoo, but some places do not provide that. So, bring these along if you need them. The beds were firm, but not too bad for those who prefer soft beds. You can open windows in warmer weather to cool it down so that was nice. The furniture was comfortable. You are very close to a Tesco Express which is not real well stocked, but provided just enough so we could do all meals in for 12 days. The bathrooms though small were nice. Very nice to have both a washer and dryer though you could only run one at a time unless you wanted to unplug the modem. We had some issues when we got there, but the Property Manager was very responsive and had most of them fixed right away. For us it was a good location. It was away from the biggest crowds in Edinburgh and was quiet. Still a lot of places to eat within a short walking distance and not a bad walk to bus stops and the train station for day trips. We very much enjoyed the convenience to the multitude of trails in Holyrood Park around Arthur's Seat. I would recommend this vacation rental though it did have some deficiencies.

Spacious Apartment in Perfect Location

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has plenty of room for multiple adults. The view of Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood Park is gorgeous. And, the location is perfect for easy sightseeing of all the highlights along the Royal Mile. It was an easy walk to a grocery store and dozens of wonderful pubs and restaurants. We also appreciated a parking spot in the secure underground car park with the apartment for our rental car we used for day trips to Glasgow and Stirling. Recommend this rental to anyone who wants a comfortable base for their Edinburgh holiday.
