Chalet Pratesi offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in an idyllic setting. A precious and unique chalet, in the heart of Selva di Val Gardena, on the ski slopes (ski in and ski out) and beautifully integrated into the nature and the landscape that surrounds it: the enchanting peaks of the Sassolungo and the Sella group.

LOCATION UNIQUE - QUIET AND ON THE SLOPES FROM CSI
One of the undisputed pluses of Chalet Pratesi is its location in the center of Selva di Val Gardena. In winter you can leave the house directly with your skis on the slopes and on the ski slopes of Val Gardena and around the Sella Ronda. In summer, the scents of the surrounding meadows the chalet is surrounded by a large private garden for the exclusive use of guests will accompany you on the many excursions that this wonderful area offers.

You can access the Chalet by car, park it in the 3 private parking spaces on the property, and pick it up on the day of departure. In the evening, at sunset, when the mountains are tinged with the typical pink color that makes them unique in the world, you can sip an aperitif on the large terrace and finally feel at home.

ROOMS. An inimitable atmosphere characterizes spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The double rooms, on the first floor, are entirely covered in original wood from the last century, ideal for resting in absolute silence. The rooms overlook a charming south-facing balcony and this extraordinary position makes the spaces bright and suggestive, allowing guests to stay in style
wake up every morning with a unique view of the surrounding landscape.


LIVING ROOM. A large room, furnished in wood in which stands an original 1950s stube in majolica, warm, enveloping, and at the same time functional. From the windows the spectacular view, which will accompany you throughout your stay, in the Dolomites of the Sella and Sassolungo Group, which you can easily approach by putting skis on their feet just out of the Chalet.

THE KITCHEN. The kitchen is the heart of the house, spacious and well equipped for those who like to try their hand at chefs, stimulated by the many local food products. A marble table for 5 people, many original and typical Tyrolean objects and crockery, attention and attention to detail to make you immerse completely in this environment.


THE GARDEN. The green of our garden and the presence of fragrant plants that bloom between spring and summer, make our garden one of the most loved and appreciated by guests, young and old. The garden surrounds the Chalet entirely and is for the exclusive use of guests. Immersed in the greenery of the private garden, in summer, or in the snow in winter, the 40sqm terrace at the entrance, will be the ideal place for children to play, have a drink or have a nice lunch outdoors.


THE SKI ROOM. Accessible directly from the Chalet, the Ski Room, completely made of wood, is a welcoming and spacious environment from which you can go directly on skis to get to the nearest ski lifts: Ciampinoi, Costabella and Dantercepies. A comfort that, combined with the location in the center of Selva Gardena, few facilities can offer.

The Puez Odle nature park is at the gates of Selva and is a pristine oasis of beauty and nature where you can be transported by unforgettable emotions.
