Sea Winds sits along St. Augustine Beach. Just south is Crescent Beach and Summer Haven. Only minutes away, you will find Anastasia State Park, the St. Augustine Amphitheater, the Alligator Farm, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Ten minutes north is the St. Augustine historic district. Continue across the Bridge of Lions to stroll along St. George Street for shopping and fine dining, or head over to the Castillo de San Marcos or the Fountain of Youth for live cannon firing exhibitions.

Great beach stay!

This home is wonderful! It is very roomy and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay at the beach. It is away from the crowds at downtown St Augustine, yet a very close drive to see the sights. It has handy grocery stores and restaurants, but feels uncrowded and quiet. I would stay here every time I go to St Augustine.

Great Location!

This townhome is close to Everything. Nice pool! Master Bathroom is a little small but there is 2 other Bathrooms & has everything you would need.

Beautiful beach!

This unit was a great size for two couples traveling through the area. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was lack of toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom and only having one trash bag for a three night stay. When I inquired I was told they only supplied starter items...... we managed but it would have been nice to have tp in each bathroom and one extra trash bag. Also..... no hair dryers unlike every other VRBO unit I have stayed in.

Thanks for your review. We start every guest out with a initial supply of paper towels and toilet tissue. Every bathroom has a roll of toilet tissue at check-in. We are glad that you found the unit to be spacious and the amenities / beach very close to the unit!

Great area

The after hours check in was easy. The property was very nice and close to the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. We will definitely come back!

Overall it was a good please to stay.

The property was nice. I liked the location to the beach and restaurants and such. I wasn’t very happy in the beginning. The rental agency never sent me any information on check in, so of course you would assume you go to the office there on the property. After talking to the woman at the office on-site, she gives us a phone number to find out how to get the keys. We had to search for the address of the rental agency. I called when I couldn’t find them and after getting a voicemail, I decided not to wait for a return call, we my family and are were tired and aggravated at this point and just wanted to get settled in. When I called back I was told, very rudely that the check in information was sent to me back in April. As I looked in my email, I found it was not sent to me so was told they could send it again. Then when I get there, I’m told that because of the recent storm, the main TV was not working and the cable people were coming the following day. I was told if I couldn’t wait for them to come, they would have to find someone to do this or reschedule. I initially said I would rather not wait for them myself as I’m a paying guest and was told that the rental agency didn’t have anyone at the moment to wait for them to come. So we wound up waiting for them the following morning and waited for the company to work on all 3 TV’s in the house. The second thing that aggravated me was that we couldn’t enjoy our patio because of the mess that was left from the animals, that I could tell had been there quite a while. (I understand they are going to make a mess, but I think it should’ve been cleaned up when the last person left or before we arrived.) Other than that, we had a good time. I really liked the location to the beach. It was a nice quick walk. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of. I just wish they would give a list of what is actually available so we could’ve came a little more prepared for what was needed and what wasn’t. Overall, we had a good stay.

I verified through our system that you were emailed the check-in instructions the day you booked the property and were emailed a second time as well. Sorry to inconvenience you with the service call for the cable service. We certainly would have had someone meet the technician if you would have liked. I am glad that you enjoyed the condo and it's location!

Family Stay

My family and I had a fun and relaxing stay. The carpet upstairs is worn down but overall place is clean. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and direct access to the beach! Yes we will return!

Every convenience was provided for!

We enjoyed our stay here because it felt like a home! The amenities and details were provided, from kitchen tools to DVDs and linens. All family members had a balcony, a tv, and our own bathroom. Also, we were very close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable , convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The balconies were a plus and the view was lovely. We were right by the pool and only a few steps to the beach, which was beautiful.

Place was as advertised!

Perfect for two couples for a get away weekend! We will be back and we did the whole St Augustine touring from there and it was too easy! Condo had everything and it was perfect!

Perfect location!

Our daughter is attending Flagler College and we needed a place that was close by for move in day as well as near the ocean. This fit the bill perfectly. There was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was literally around the corner. It's a short drive into the Old City, there's also a shopping area right down the road for necessities. The unit was clean and well maintained. There were more than enough towels and extra pillows available. Beach chairs were provided which cut down our our need to buy them and haul back to NJ. The use of the garage was greatly appreciated as we used the extra space to store our daughter's boxes for move in day. Check in was easy, we used the lock box since we arrived later than expected. We will definitely keep this in mind over the next four years that we'll be visiting the area!
