This is the best place in Hull! It truly feels like a home for the week. So close to the main beach and restaurants and marina. I canā€™t say enough about how amazing this place is!

Lovely cottage close to ocean and bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely little two bedroom cottage. The owners were responsive when issues arose and were addressed quickly and professionally. The cottage is very close to both the ocean and bay. Highly recommend this place!

Great get away!

Fantastic little house so close to the beach! This property was very clean and had just the perfect amount of essentials. Keyless entry always a bonus, no fear of losing key in the sand. The town of Hull is a very doable walk from the house. Get breakfast or bagels - both fantastic. I highly recommend this house for a group of 3 or 4 adults. Hope to return in a year or 2. Thank you owner!

Perfect beach cottage

House was perfect but itā€™s not a Hull Beach house without a BBQ. AC was just okay because it was not very warm but only one AC would not have worked when it was 90. Also missing enough beach chairs as we had 4people on only 2 beach chairs and one ripped but was replaced by the owner. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach.We loved the porch.

Good but could have been better

Great beach house. Very nice from porch and back beck. Items missing. House sleeps 6 I had 4 but not enough beach chairs, kitchen needed good size mugs for morning coffee. Not enough bed blankets and not enough beach towel. ITS NOT A BEACH HOUSE WITH OUT A BBQ GRILL

The best VRBO property I have ever rented (and there's been a lot)

This is the quintessential New England beach house. So cute and charming and 2 blocks from the beach entrance. My family and I loved everything about this house. I hesitated to write this review bc I want to keep it a secret but the property owners deserve it :)

Amazing Getaway

My mother had the most incredible time! Everything was immaculate upon arrival. Everything she needed was there. The house was comfortable and the perfect size for her. It's a short walk to the beach, which was never overcrowded. She had a great experience and is looking forward to going back!

Great holiday home

This is a delightful property in a quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach. It is very well equipped, with top level appliances, comfortable beds and impeccably clean. We didn't have a car so used public transport to get around. This is doable but a car would have been more convenient. However we did manage to get into central Boston most days to connect with the various tours on offer.

The entire family loved the property and location as it was very close to the beach and was located between Boston and Cape Cod which we went to both. We loved it so much we are considering going back. The property had everything one could want including an umbrella for the beach! Thank you to Karla the property owner!

Charming bungalow by the beach

I've rented this home for three consecutive years, and it's been perfect for our family. The beds are comfy, the beach decor is adorable, and is stocked with all the amenities you'd find yourself needing at the beach: chairs, an umbrella, an outside shower, and plenty of beach towels. The newest addition...the AC!!!!...is a game changer for this property. The ceiling and standing fans are important (Karla, please keep these available) to circulate air inside, but the added AC has done wonders for our evenings...and for sleeping! A Street boasts some of the best beach conditions on the entire stretch- and you're also a 5 minute walk to the bay, where there's a good restaurant to eat at and a long pier to walk out on to see sunsets. Bonus: you can jump off this pier when the tide's right- my kids have loved doing this for years. We look forward to our summers in Hull, and Karla's bungalow by the beach is a wonderful place to stay!

Loved the little bungalow - walking distance to the beach, great neighbors, friendly little town. The house is small but perfect for a small family. Host is amazing and super helpful. Would recommend this home and host!

Fabulous location. Walk to beach, coffee and small market up the street, quiet street, easy parking

We stayed in this charming bungalow in the fall. Comfortable beds, wonderful soft linens, fully equipped kitchen for cooking although we tried all the restaurants that were open at this time of year. On sunny days it was great to make use of porch rockers and enjoy being outside. Enjoyed the patio furniture for lunch on the back deck as well in good weather. Beach was a street away and perfect for a long or short stroll. Cozy and comfortable and coastal all wrapped together. Owners are wonderful people to interact with regarding all aspects of rental. A+ plus experience!!!

Charming and Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed down to the small details. The location was great with the beach just a couple of blocks away. The convenience of very nearby stores and groceries a plus. The owners checked in by phone both on our arrival and departure and were available had we needed to call with questions or issues. The only suggestion we would make is to have more comfortable furniture in the living room. Adding a comfortable recliner or chair would have allowed more comfortable seating accommodations. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the price was really reasonable.

Sweet bungalow by the beach

This cozy bungalow was perfect for our family of four. The house is well stocked with beach gear- towels, chairs, umbrella- the linens are good quality, and the decor is super tasteful. The rockers on the front porch make a great spot for coffee and the morning paper. The kitchen is well- stocked- and the knives are sharp! Convenient proximity to a general store when I needed milk at 7am- just a short walk. We love the bungalow and look forward to our next stay!

Sweet little cottage just blocks from the beach.

This was a very nice & cute cottage. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning & walked to the beach several times. Ferries go from Hull or Hingham to downtown Boston. Really didn't want to leave. The whole Hull area is so quaint. I can't wait to visit again.

Sometimes Mother Nature does not cooperate.

Clean, neat & minimally but tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed, including a DVD player, which was much appreciated as the weather was NOT the best. Easy walk to the beach & mini mart & liquor store. Visited Ft. Revere, the Lifesaving museum, the carousel, arcade & souvenir shop. Added quite a bit of sea glass to our collection & spent an enjoyable 1/2 hour watching an aggressive flock of seagulls searching for a can of Pringles the owner had hidden. I will contact the owner re: earlier in the season rental & where they got the amazing washer/drier combo - fast & quiet! Hopefully will be back next year.
