Cosy and modern 45 m² accommodation, with sea and city views.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community and children's swimming pool open during the season, tennis court, 1 Television, iron.

The American kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Absolutely great location, aldi about 5 minutes walk away, plenty of bars resterounts, around 6 euros from the Europa bus stop, fantastic views, just remember when you open the front door to the apartment, turn the key around 3 times to open the front door Absolutely nothing to dislike,

Great location, decent apartment

Great location, decent apartment. Pool area had no sun beds, normally flat owners had their own. We didn't know this. Even if there was a few provided by the apartment that would have been good.they are cheap enough to buy but didn't realise this until later.

Had a great time Benidorm Palace put on a brilliant supper show and the food was excellent.

Had an apartment on 19th floor with 3 very fast lifts ,collected keys from around the corner at Benidorm booking. com, the staff at this office were excellent in every way ,so I would particularly like to thank the lady with the spectacles. XXX BEACH, bars and supermarkets were everywhere NOTHING.

Decent but basic

The location was good, close to many bars, restaraunts and shops etc. Key collection and drop off was easy enough, with the office not too far away from the apartment. The apartment is very basic and quite compact, it would definitely be a bit of a squeeze if there were 45 adults staying in it. There was a 200 Euro deposit when collecting the keys which is definately excessive as there was nothing in the apartment worth any value at all. Although there was towels, there were no toiletries such as shower Gel, shampooeven hand soap. It would be nice to have some of that on arrival, especially hand soap in the bathroom.

Nice apartment in a great location

It has an amazing view of the skyscrapers and the sea. The whole front wall is a window that opens up. The bedrooms are comfy and dark. The shower was warm and didn't run out of hot water even though there was 4 of us. It was clean, no smellsstains anywhere. There are plenty of plug sockets. There is a hairdryer that has decent power. Washing machine, full size fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, wall mounted TV. The location is great, supermarkets, bars, market, chemist are all downstairs. The seafront promenade and strip are 5 minutes walk away. 3 lifts all working (19th floor so that's good) As other reviews have mentioned, there are a few broken things. A dining chair is about to collapse, broken toilet seat, and the sofa bed collapsed if anyone sat at the bottom of it. It was okay to sleep on though.

Had a fabulous time in the most popular part of Benidorm

Superb location, close to all amenities. Apartment contains everything you are likely to need for a great holiday. The quality&#47comfort of the beds&#47pillows was excellent. No hesitation in recommending this apartment. The apartment furniture is looking tired. Would recommend new table and chairs plus coffee table.
