Just 1 mile away is Rockham Bay, a hidden beach with rock pools and sandy shores revealed at low tide. Alternatively, Woolacombe's 3-mile beach is only 2 miles away – perfect for swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. For a cultural day out, take the 14-mile drive to Barnstaple, North Devon's largest town with a bustling market, independent stores and family-friendly activities. Or, if you prefer something closer, Ilfracombe is only 6 miles away with its delicious cuisine and exciting attractions.

Fantastic View and space.
I wanted to stay in a place with a fantastic view. This property has this in spades. We choose a stormy week to stay, for me that made it all the better. Watching the breakers rolling in, kept warm by the log burner, and perhaps an adult beverage. The local pub is just up the road, and fantastic coastal walks are everywhere. Didn’t go near the car for a week. The property did suffer a little during the storm, but to be fair that is to be expected. Also a little wind noise was experienced, but that wind had come all the way uninterrupted from America!

Best apartment we’ve stayed in!
Lovely apartment with a view from most windows! We loved the open plan living room and the rooms were all a nice size. Top place we will definitely be back.
