Featured on TV's Fantasy Homes By The Sea! Headlands is a spacious, modern 4th floor apartment right next to the sea and blue flag beach in Westward Ho! North Devon, in the landmark Horizon View building.

The open plan living space has full width patio doors opening onto the large balcony with fantastic uninterrupted views across Bideford Bay and the estuary.

The master bedroom with it's four poster bed and en suite bathroom also opens onto the balcony and spectacular view. The twin bedroom has a large shower room right outside and can be made a super kingsize for a fee.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and comes with allocated secure parking space, lift access, Fast Fibre WiFi, 55" AI Smart TV and B&O bluetooth speaker. All linens are provided, including super soft 100% pure linen bedding, luxury 800 gsm fluffy white towels, tea towels, cloths, and beach towels.

Westward Ho! has everything you need for a great seaside holiday or a quiet weekend break with excellent shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk across the village green. You will be in a great place to explore wonderful places in North Devon like Clovelly, Hartland Quay, Appledore and Lynton & Lynmouth, and there is lots of opportunity to get active and have fun.

Electric car charging is available on site - credit card required.

N.B. There is potential repair work to the outside of the building starting some time after June 2026. If this affects your stay you will be offered the options of a significant discount or cancellation with a full refund.

Lauren was very welcoming and the communication with her was great. We were met at the accommodation and shown round, everything was explained. Unlike many self catering places, this one has all cleaning materials as well as all soaps in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped - the Prosecco and chocolates were very welcome too. The views were amazing!!

From pre arrival to last day the owner was friendly and helpful.The apartment is so lovely and lots of little touches and extras that made it extra special. But the view from the apartment is unbeatable. We absolutely loved sitting on balcony, even in November soaking in the view.Secure parking a bonus. Perfectly located. Absolutely loved it.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment in Westward Ho! The views were absolutely gorgeous ā€” waking up to them each morning was a real highlight of our trip. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break.Lauren our host, was so welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home straight away. It really added to the whole experience knowing we were being looked after by someone who genuinely cares about their guests.Weā€™d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Westward Ho! and we would love to come back ! In fact I wanted to stay.

Lauren provided excellent details on how to access the car park and property ahead of arrival. The apartment was excellent too - clean and comfortable and had everything you need for home from home living. Westward Ho! is a charming destination with good restaurants and a lovely beach. We will return for another holiday next year.

We stayed at Headlands for a week and had an amazing time! The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and well positioned within Westward Ho! The views from the apartment were stunning!! We travelled as a family of four with two adult children so the two bathrooms were ideal and there was ample space for all of us. The host Lauren was very helpful, great communication and easy check-in/out. We were all sad to leave but will definitely rebook for next year. Highly recommended.

Westward Ho!

The Appartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for a holiday.loved the fact that both the lounge area and bedroom had patio doors to the balcony. The balcony is right over the South West Costal Path and is very close to the sea, especially at high tide. You have a great view of the cove from the balcony. We loved the underground car parking with lift direct to the 4th floor. Lauren kept us fully informed in the lead up to our visit. In summary we loved it and will return again.

Absolutely stunning stay at The Headlands in Westward Ho! The apartment lives up to its ā€œluxuryā€ label, modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean with every comfort thought of. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, and the balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.The location is excellent, peaceful yet just a short stroll from the doorsteps to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. Fantastic time

We have stopped in the horizon view complex 6 times and i have to say this apartment exceeds them all we were greeted with fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates . On arrival the place was spotless me and my husband took our elderly mothers. I think they was expecting the 1980s pontins style as that was possibly the last time they have been to the seaside and like us they were flabbergasted with a view that rivals anywhere in the world we will 100% be returning as we now know which room to book thanks again for a lovely holiday

Fabulous apartment! Photos donā€™t do it justice. Views from bedroom and lounge are spectacular and change almost hourly with the weather and the tides. Warm welcome from Lauren thank you. The higher up you go the more panoramic the views get, so the 4th floor is excellent. And the position of the apartment means the large balcony gets plenty of evening sun in the summer (many of the apartments don't). This apartment has Fast Fibre WiFi and Sky TV. Plus luxury touches like the Bang & Olufsen bluetooth speaker to enjoy your music.
