BEAUTIFUL RUSTIC VILLA IN ALCUDIA 1 KM FROM THE BEACH, FREE WIFI, PRIVATE POOL.

Ca Na Xidoia is a small rustic villa decorated in a cozy and warm style, measuring 75 square meters, featuring a loft bedroom and a dining room on the first floor, complete with an easy-to-use fireplace. The kitchen is open-concept, as is the entire house, which is designed in a loft style. The bathroom includes a full shower stall. This villa combines modern comforts with rustic artistry.
The most notable feature is the garden surrounding the house, which includes an 8m x 4m “Romana”-style pool. The interior and exterior decor has been carefully selected; throughout the property, you’ll find iron and cement sculptures of great beauty and originality, all designed and sculpted by the homeowner. Outdoors, we offer a warm and relaxing environment where you can unwind in the hammocks or on the Balinese bed while listening to a variety of music provided by the property. You can also enjoy the covered terrace next to the barbecue.
Located 1 km from the center of Alcúdia and 1.2 km from the beach, we provide all kinds of tourist information, itineraries, maps, and details about the beaches and coves—all the wonders that surround Ca Na Xidoia.
