Absolutely the perfect venue for our small wedding. Everything was perfect, house, grounds, hosts moved furniture around and were extremely helpful. Even the weather cooperated! Perfect stay. Thank you so much for helping to make our day extra special.

We had the absolute best stay! We booked this property for a Labor Day weekend getaway with friends - 2 couples and 4 kids between us, and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous, with the perfect mix of historic with all the amenities. The pool and entire backyard/back deck area are perfection, and we spent most of our time there and around the fire making s’mores. The host, Sherall, is super responsive and has thought of everything to make this an ideal stay in the heart of Lieper’s Fork. We highly recommend this place and already look forward to coming back!

We had a relaxing 4 days and enjoyed the country setting with great amenities and easy access to Franklin, Leipers Fork and even downtown Nashville. Lots of different space to enjoy in the house including a music room where we put records on the record player and listened to music the old fashioned way for an enjoyable evening. There is a great covered porch that functions as an extended outdoor family room and of course the hot tub and pool are amazing. Very responsive host. Highly recommend,

Beautiful location near Nashville but near the smaller town Leipers Fork adorable town, farmland, close to stores and shops in Franklin. Lots of nice attention to details, smores set up for the fire pit, grill on back porch, bathroom items stocked, pool towels provided, soaps and laundry dryer sheets came in handy. The pool and back patio were amazing and perfect for the summer nights memories made with our family.

BEST PROPERTY in FRANKLIN!!What an amazing property...never stayed in such a unique and well decorated VRBO until this home. The pool and outdoor patio is beautiful, with views of the green pasture and mature oak trees. We enjoyed Thursday Open Mic Night at Fox & Locke just 5 minutes away in Leipers Fork Village. Also convenient to Westhaven, only 6 minutes and Franklin is less than 10 minutes. Complimentary Black Car Service was fun for our trip to Fox & Locke. Definitely on our return trip agenda when we have more time to spend. Thank you for making such a special property available.
