Hosting four bedrooms; one king-size with en-suite, one double with en-suite, one twin, and a single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside, you will also find a cloakroom, utility, kitchen, dining area, and two sitting rooms, one with a log burner. To the outside, is off road parking for four cars and a garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Located in a wonderful setting and close to scenic attractions, Yr Hen Ty Coets is a spacious retreat in a lovely part of Wales.

Amenities: Central heating with underfloor heating and log burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher, TV with Free Sat, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for log burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: No Stag/Hens or similar parties.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The village of Talybont offers two pubs in the local area; Y Llew Gwyn (The White Lion) and Y Llew Du (The Black Lion) well worth a visit. The village is also home to a garage, a pharmacy, a hairdressers and a SPAR convenience store. The village is orientated around mining and woolen mills and is currently known as the base of leading Welsh publisher, Y Lolfa, which produces Welsh fiction and factual titles. You cannot miss the mural by local artist Ruth Jên of Welsh heroes and characters situated in the centre of the village. Aberystwyth is nearby and has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, here you can also visit the steam railway!

Outstanding property

A well appointed holiday home, everything is catered for. In a lovely little village, with off road parking and views of the hills. Home for home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
