Hi Paula, thanks for your review and I'm sorry the house didn't meet your expectations and I'm sorry that you only let us know of smoke alarm issue and lack of towels after you left as we could have rectified this. I' have notified our housekeeping team about the lack of soap and other issues and thank you for bringing these to our attention.

Thanks for your comments Annette, and we're glad you enjoyed your stay in Looe. Unfortunately there's no real space for a barbecue as the house doesn't have a garden - few cottages in Looe do. As for parking, that's a constant issue in the town and we are lucky to have secured an allocated space close to the townside edge of the Millpool car park. Thankfully, it's a flat 5 minute walk away from the house although some guests find it easier to pick up their families from the quayside - just sending the driver to the car park.

Hi Emma, thanks for your feedback and apologies for cobwebs and placemats which have now been addressed. Thankfully the neighbouring house renovation has been finished and we are sorry if this inconvenienced you. We did ask for them not to start too early - at least they knocked on the door.
