No stairs! Both Bedrooms have Queen size beds

$15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home. Super convenient!

If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have additional vehicles, parking is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

Great location! The room smelled alittle musky and seemed super warm, which could be the age of the house I’m really not sure- we did take advantage of the fans in each room that did seem to help. The home could definitely use a deep clean because the baseboards, all the doors were super filthy and there were dirty sponges and a used bath rug out. The towels smelled musky as well. The extension cord to plug the lights on outside were melted when we went to enjoy the outdoors, that was a bummer but the front outside of the home seemed enjoyable. We definitely loved the location but weren’t in the room enough to make it damper our trip. Check in was easy and we loved the included parking. Beautiful city and a prime location. We enjoyed the trip.

We have central air conditioning which we recommend using in the summer because otherwise Savannah is very humid and this house was built in the mid 1800's so it's normal for humidity and antique wood to have a little bit of an antique store smell. This virtually disappears if you run the air conditioning. Our housekeeping staff does a great job of cleaning. We checked and there were a few places that really needed fresh paint, caulk etc. We do not show the courtyard in photographs because it is not setup for guest use although the owners are OK with guests using it we do not advertise party lights or any particular amenities in the patio. There are spotlights if people want light but not party lights.

Amazing stay in Sun Valley! Can’t recommend enough! This condo is well stocked with everything and more you might need. Walking distance to the ski slope and into town. We had the best time!

Everything was great that was displayed in the ad. The place was just very noise. We come from the country and city life was loud for us. The fire station across the street and people walking by. You can hear their conversations.

Not as pictured. Old, tired furnishings, dirty dishes in cabinets, rusted pans, mismatched flatware just thrown in a drawer, everyone's leftover spices, etc in cabinet's. No coffee and condiments, cheap bath bar and hair products sample size, mismatched hand towels. Large fans in every room. Fire dept across the street. Have to set in 2 small chairs to watch TV. Patio is a dump and brick surface is a safety hazard. No response from management when I was having trouble getting into unit. Could hear renters walking upstairs well into the night. Not worth the . Will never stay at one of these property management companies again. Oh... and make sure you clean up and dump trash before you leave...

The photos show exactly what is there. The 2 lavender chairs shown are the ones she is complaining that she sat in to watch TV. There is also a sofa but it is not angled straight at the TV so you would lie down on it or turn your head to the left to watch TV from the sofa. We do not show the courtyard in the photographs it is very small and currently not promoted as a guest space. We provide quite nice little hotel size soaps and shampoos. Providing full size toiletries would make no sense for short stays and we are sorry that this person was offended by hotel size items. We did respond in a timely manner as always but she had realized how to follow the arrival instructions before we got back to her and was already inside. Multiple reviews mention that the historic fire department building is across the street so please, future guests, notice this and if it would be very upsetting to you then you would not want to book this unit. Many people find it to be safe, beautiful and convenient.

Property was eaxactly like the listing. Great location, easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. A little sitting area out front would be nice since the view is great.

Perfect getaway

Perfect for walking the historic district or jumping on the hop on bus. Living room was beautiful with lots of space and full kitchen adjacent. Bedrooms were small but clean and beds comfy. Bathroom clean and functional. Would 100% return here for next visit.

Great spot in Savannah!

This was a great place for our 3 day trip to Savannah with my husband and my in-laws. The location was fantastic and we walked all over with no problem and without having to move our cars. This was also one of the only rentals that included a parking space. We were able to park our other vehicle right outside the front door on the street for a daily fee. The location is right across the street from one of the stops on the hop on/off trolley tour which was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Historically Great Stay

Perfect location to experience the feel of Savannah! House was great (we had the Garden Level) and set the tone for the Historic District, the live oaks with their hanging moss made it clear we were in the South. Designated parking spot in back was very nice to have and saved circling the block(s) looking (amd paying!) for street parking.

PERFECT

I have stayed many times in Savannah- however this time was such a pleasure because of this wonderful rental. The owner/operator was so quick to respond to any and all my questions, the property is located centrally and makes it easy to walk to anywhere and the parking space is a dream! I LOVED staying here and will DEFINITELY be back!
