This 1,500 square foot home has King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private back yard, bbq, internet & cable TV. Community pool with hot tub is 3 doors away.
Walking distance is less than a mile to the Desert Trip, Coachella Fest and Stagecoach venue.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks while attending the horse show. The home was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Jeff was available for any requests and very responsive. Could not have found a better place to stay. Highly recommend.

This property was just as advertised, the location was great and the house was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was very helpful and responded to all our needs without question. We look forward to enjoying more stays in the future. I would highly recommend this property.

Hi friends, this is a five star property exactly as advertised. We found it very clean and spacious. The property owner answered the call to help us enter the property after our long journey to get there so was helpful and is much appreciated. He also made sure we knew he was available if needed, again much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in this beautiful region of the country! mjf

Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom home. Great location. Close to pool. Accommodating hosts!

Very comfortable home. Great living space to relax after a day of adventures and to entertain guests. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio. Office area much appreciated to sneak in a few minutes of work each morning. The pool and hot tub 2 houses down was very convenient. We were in town to visit family. This home provided a great space to visit with our family, as well. Very gracious and accommodating hosts. They checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did! Thank you!

Great!

Needed 4 bike helmets to go with the bikes but everything else was great. Well equipped kitchen, liked the outdoor firepit for the evening. We enjoyed the backyard as well as the pool and hottub 2 doors away. The host, seemed to be great to contact with if we had a question. Would go back. Thanks Cathy

Great house, convenient location

We (2 senior, snowbird couples) stayed for 2 months and thought it was our best winter escape yet! The house is beautiful, spacious, well-stocked, well-maintained inside and out, and just steps from one of the nice-sized community pools spread throughout this resort community. We also enjoyed the golf course and clubhouse. It's conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, all the main thoroughfares, and event venues like the polo grounds, casinos and Coachella. The only drawback we found was a frequent traffic bottleneck at the property entrance, but solutions to the problem were being discussed when we left. The owners are very gracious and we would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great Place

We rented the house as we went to Coachella. The place was absolutely perfect. The pool is like 50ft away, the house was great, lot of room, firepit in the backyard was great for nigh time, the location to festival was great, Jeff was great, overall was an amazing experience!!! Thanks Jeff, really helped make our Coachella adventure a memorable time

Highly Recommended Vacation Home!

The Hammonds' house is perfect for an Indio vacation. 4 of us stayed there for Coachella and had plenty of room to stretch out and relax over the long weekend. The close proximity to the festival made it easy to get to/from the grounds, and the Indian Palms Country Club pools were a great plus for the hot desert days! My favorite thing about their place is that it truly felt like a HOME. It was far better than any other rental home I've stayed in before. Jeff also wrote us during our stay, so we felt very cared for. Thanks for everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Highlights to note - Keypad on the front door (no keys) - ideal for people coming and going at different times Showers - great water pressure (this is important to me!) Beds - 1 king, 1 queen and 1 queen murphy bed - all very comfortable Bikes - 4 bikes for guests' use - awesome for going to the festival and/or pool Neighborhood - gorgeous area with tons of palm trees and beautiful sunsets Bedding & Blankets - soft and cozy, not stiff or cheap Towels - good quality bath towels and good quality pool towels are provided which was much appreciated Laundry machines onsite - super helpful after a long vacation Wifi - strong signal, even with four people on it at once THANK YOU!!
