Less than a mile from all the music festivals. PRIVATE Peaceful & Tranquil resort style backyard w/ heated Saltwater Spa & Pool. Master has King bed, 1 Guest room has King bed, 1 Guest has two twins.
The space
New Listing! Open floor plan, 1,800 sqft. vacation home with High Ceilings situated close to Coachella, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Tennis tournaments, music festivals, golf, tennis, hiking, dining, airport, shopping, Casinos, and right off the 111 Hwy. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath Desert Villa has it all and is tastefully appointed with top of the line furnishings, new luxury vinyl plank floors, and tile throughout. Living room has comfortable couch set that can easily seat 6, with a dining room table capable of seating 6. House contains many of the amenities you would expect to find in the finest hotels with wireless internet access, 3 NEW Large Screen Smart TVs, New Beds, etc. to be comfortable.

After a long day of playing golf, escaped to the PRIVATE Peaceful and Tranquil Resort style backyard with 8 sitting, and lounging or tanning areas. Slip into the heated Saltwater Spa or Pool. (Optional - SPA / Pool Heating fee - Nominal charge per night). Whether you sit in the sun, oshade or lay-out on the lounge chairs you'll enjoy the Serenity and 100% Complete Privacy surrounded by a Orange tree mixed in with the desert landscape. You have outdoor dining areas, both with shade during those mid-day meals with seating for 6 Plus. Use the Gas BBQ for some mouth-watering creations or step inside to the large fully equipped modern kitchen to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Don't be surprised if the kitchen is stocked with many extras as I'm constantly adding more gadgets and supplies for you to try out your culinary skills. At the end of the day, you'll appreciate all the Comfortable Simmons Beautyrest mattresses for a comfortable & peaceful night's sleep.

Inside you'll enjoy the kitchen fit for any modern chef with brand new appliances. Sit and relax in the living room with room for everyone in front of the large screen TV. When you're ready, sit down to eat at the beautiful Dining Room table with 6 or more of your friends for a great meal made right next door in the large modern kitchen with gas range, etc. The kitchen features all the necessities right at your fingertips for you or a Chef to prepare a fabulous meal.

Bedrooms: The Master Suite features a New King size bed, large 4K smart TV. The Master suite also features a separate door leading outside to the Private Spa, Pool, Sitting and Patio area. The En-suite master bath features double vanities along with a large shower, and jacuzzi bathtub.

Bedroom #2 has a new King bed top-of-the-line mattresses and another HD Smart TV.

Bedroom #3 has a new 2 twin bed top-of-the-line mattresses and with a desk so you can sit & search for those must-have dinner reservations in one of the many great local restaurants in the area.

Bed and Sleeping Summary: Sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds.

Amenities: High speed Wi-Fi internet, High-quality linens, Bath & Pool, Towels, vacuum, & cleaning supplies, dishwasher, ovens microwave, toaster, convection/toaster oven, fridge / freezer, coffee makers, fully stocked kitchen with Kitchen Utensils, Cookware, knives, spices, multiple sets of regular & wine glasses along with two sets of plastic glasses, plastic wine glasses & plastic plates for outside use, Salt Water Spa & Pool, Smart TVs throughout, Gas BBQ, air conditioning, heating. Bathrooms have Hair Dryers, Soap, Rinse & Misc. bathroom supplies. Home is close to every grocery store you could imagine, shopping, many GREAT restaurants, Hospitals, close public Golf & Tennis courts, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, where they have shuttles to all the Music festivals. Large 3 car driveway and on-street parking. We have to follow California Conservation Green Home Standards, the heater will be set to 70° in the winter and the AC will be set to 71° in the summer. We have ceiling fans in every room. Dress appropriately for the seasons.

Pool
For your enjoyment, we have a Heated Salt Water SPA & POOL for your use. The Pool is available for your use anytime during your stay.
• Optional - There is a nominal heating fee per night for the SPA & Pool
• Heating Fee for Pool & SPA (October - May) is - $75/per night. (Pool is set to 85 degrees)
• Heating Fee for SPA only (October - May) is - $45/per night. (Spa is set to 100 degrees)
• Heating fee is lowered to $30 during the warmer months & pool heating is not needed June > Sept. (Summer)
Spa is controlled with a remote

• Pool heating must be ordered and paid for in advance before you check-in.

All renters must abide by the local laws and basic house rules:
• No Smoking of any kind inside the home
• Small Pets are ok (2 max), for a $150 fee per pet.

- Renter is responsible for the damage or cleaning of all carpets if a pet is brought onto the property. Renter is also responsible for cleaning furniture including chairs, sofa, pillows, beds, etc. if it is determined that there is evidence of soiling any of the above, you will be charge double the normal cost of repairs.

• Strict enforcement check-in is after 3 PM & check-out by 11 AM
• No parties or events
• Cleaning Fee is $399

There is a 2 Night minimum on regular weekends (Non- Holiday or Special Events)

There is a 4 – Night Minimum FOR THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:
• BNP Tennis Tournament
• Coachella Music Festival
• Stagecoach
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Years


There is a 3 – Night minimum for:
• Memorial Day Weekend
• July 4th weekend
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Martin Luther King
• Presidents Day

There are No Discounts for Holiday Weekends or Holiday weeks.

If you damage the house, you will be charged for the repairs.

These taxes are already included for the rental. There is a local TOT (Transit Occupancy Tax) and TBID (Tourism and Business Improvement District) of 14% which is imposed by the County of Riverside on any EXTRA charges.

Once you book the home, I will send a request for payment for all the addition charges for extra items from the above menu, payment must be made before I send out the check-in information, codes & passwords for the home.

Your payment of money and/or taking possession of the property signifies your agreement to the basic rules/guidelines to use this property for a vacation rental.

If you have any needs or problems during your stay, you can contact the local House Manager or me (the owner) anytime if there is a problem or question.

Superior Stay!! Great location and value!
Large complete home; super spacious, clean and many added amenities that are not listed. Thoughtful owners included coffee, popcorn, many extras that we did not have to go out and buy.... there were bandages to books and games too. We were four adults but easily could accommodate 6 with lots of room to spare.....3 bathrooms and 3 bigscreen tvs are unheard of and the kitchen was (OMG) super well equipped compared to most rentals and we have been to many vrbos! Property manager, Grant, was super responsive and addressed any minor concerns quickly. Make sure if you book that you get clear instructions on the wifi password and digital entry codes....both a bit tricky but good. A/C worked great; there is ample parking; a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a 5min drive to Costco and 15mins to the Tennis Centre. Beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The only thing we could've used more of were smaller hand towels and face towels in the 2nd bathroom. We didn't use the pool as the weather was cool but it looked very inviting and well maintained; would be such a plus in the hotter months. Not sure about the previous poor review as laundry facilities were not listed in the amenities and our one week stay did not require it. Perhaps this should be clarified and included for longer stays. All in all; I would not hesitate to book this home again for another excellent stay.

Expectations
We appreciated no requirement for the expense of redundant damage waiver policies or funds tied up with large security deposits. The location was satisfactory, central to our interests, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean (except a few crannies deep cleaning inside cabinet drawers should get to). Regarding “Top of the line furnishings”, the mattresses were high quality–the king beds had sleep number mattresses. The dining chairs, however, were uncomfortable with springs that felt worn out long ago. In the kitchen, there were a lot of cooking pots & pans, but those were typical rental property thrift store quality with scratched finishes. We ended up only using a few of the best. If you do fondue, yes, there’s a lot of gadget equipment, but then no liquid measuring cups. Since the description mentioned “spices”, there was only salt, pepper, & garlic salt. The biggest surprise & disappointment was the lack of access to the laundry in the garage. Maybe I missed that amenity when screening, but next time I will do a screenshot, since there remains doubt I thought that was provided when I made reservations 4 months prior. With a stay of weeks, the inconvenience of going to a laundromat is a factor. If guests are there for a 2-week stay & no washer/dryer, I would recommend a change of sheets be provided. No guest/guide book. The host initiated only minimal & incomplete communications. We sleuthed for the wi-fi password. No guest book, no check-out list to complain about.
