The pool was wonderful. The apartment was just feet from the pool. Outside seating with the bbq was great. Beds comfortable. The apartment could do with a bit of T.L.C. but would not put us off staying again. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My grandson loved the pool and found other children to play with even if they didn't speak the same language.

Had a fabulous time. It met all our requirements. Location was great. We loved the close proximity of the pool but also the private garden to chill out in. The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host and property manager were brilliant. Would highly recommend this property.

Great apartment on a nice complex. Great location for our needs. Had BBQ lunches when around the apartment during the day and ate out in the evenings at the plentiful restaurants either locally or a 20 mins stroll along the seafront to the harbour

Had a lovely stay at Limnaria Gardens. Apartment was more than adequate for our needs even if it was a little tired looking. The manager for the Apartment was very helpful and answered all out texting although he forgot the welcome pack and there was no beach towels(but he did send them the next day).The Apartment is ideally located too Paphos town being a slow 15 to 20 minutes walk with a small supermarket 2 minutes walk and the larger one around 20mins close to the town centre. Plenty of good walking along the coastal path left and right of the Apartment. We especially enjoyed The tomb of the kings where the entrance is near the bus station and harbour. There is a bus stop on the main road 2 euro per person too the bus station. Enjoyed our stay at Limnaria Gardens and would very likely stay again. Thanks Hayley, Simon and team.

Great complex and location

Wonderful base and location. Excellent garden space with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. We’ve been twice and would certainly return again. The hosts and owners are great and are very quick to answer or resolve any queries - this is a wonderful place that I would highly recommend

10 Year Anniversary

Perfect apartment for what we wanted and needed, the outdoor area is beautiful and hot! And the complex and pool was great as well. Short easy walk into the harbour where the food was lovely in most restaurants but the moorings was excellent and friendly. There’s also lots of bars and restaurants close by to the apartment! Will definitely be back and recommend

Great property in a wonderful location, close to the pool and beach

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this lovely property. Close to the pool with the privacy of the private garden and terrace area. Only a short walk to local bars and restaurants. Everything was easy and the local people are so friendly. Would book again.

Amazing location and outdoor space

The outdoor space for the apartment was fabulous, it had much more room than other apartments we have stayed in. Also, the location to the centre of town was perfect. We had a lovely 10 days in the sun

Pafos lantana apartment

Absolutely fantastic holiday is this beautiful apartment. The garden area lead straight to the pool and the pool was warm and relaxing. Restaurants, bars, beach and shops were all close by. We will definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay

Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment in excellent location. Very comfortable. Beautiful patio area with easy pool access. Owner is very nice and helpful and very easy to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay in Paphos.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped, we will definatley return

The apartment is close to the sea, restaurants and shops, it has its own car parking and shared pool which is kept very clean. The garden is lovely with loads of seating and it's own sunbeds plus a gas BBQ.

Relaxing break in Paphos

Had a great two weeks at Limnaria Gardens. Location perfect for a short walk in to the harbour etc. Loved the outdoor space outside the apartment and the pool area. Will hopefully return

Great place for young families

Fantastic place to stay with young children. The kids pool was closest to the apartment and also the big pool was graduated so you can easily keep a safe eye on them without them getting in too deep. Hayley was very helpful and the check in process was really easy. Also in a great location for bars/ restaurants and within 20 minute walk to the Kings Avenue Mall. Would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent location and great apartment

We had a great time staying at the apartment with our two teenage girls. The apartment has everything you need. Location is great and just a 10-15 min walk into the harbour. Pool lovely. It was everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Communication with the owner was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Excellent value, everything provided for a relaxing stay.

A lovely place to stay, apartment is of a high standard with lovely garden to relax in and only several meters from the fantastic pool. Many excellent restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Pool never too busy and a great place to relax and do nothing. This was our third stay at this property and we are already looking to book again. Lovely Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our first visit to Cyprus, we could not have found a better place to stay. The complex itself is lovely and conveniently very close to the seafront where there are many nice bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and contained everything that we needed during our stay. We absolutely loved the outside area and spent lots of time sat out there in the early morning and evenings, so relaxing. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back ourselves.

We fell in love with Kato Paphos because it offers the perfect mix of relaxation, convenience, and Cypriot charm. The Limnaria Gardens resort stood out to us immediately – it’s peaceful, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk from everything: beaches, restaurants, the harbour, shops, and the historic old town. We loved that we could enjoy the sunshine by the pool during the day and then stroll down to the seafront for dinner in the evening.

The area is also incredibly family-friendly, which was really important to us – safe, welcoming, and with so much to do for all ages. Whether it’s relaxing at the beach, exploring archaeological sites, or enjoying a boat trip from the harbour, there’s something for everyone. It’s a place that instantly felt like a second home, and we’re excited to share that experience with our guests.
