Seaside villa with large garden on 4 sides and terrace overlooking the water. The beach in front is pebbly, but a few tens of meters you can walk to the beaches of the village and with a few minutes by car you reach the beaches of Nora and Chia.
It is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, Cagliari, in a residential and silent condominium, shaded by a pine forest.

Villa by the sea is a beachouse with a big garden all around. There is a terrace in front of the sea.

The accommodation

The house overlooks the sea and you can experience the thrill of waking up and having a good breakfast by hearing the sound of the waves and facing a bucolic panorama. It is immersed in a pine forest and is surrounded on 4 sides by a luxuriant garden, with palms, pines, succulents and green lawn. There are swings for children and plenty of space in a shaded porch where you can have breakfast, lunch or spend hours in the cool.

The house is completly rounded by a garden where you can realaxing, sunbath, reading, eating. You have so many privacy in here and there is a playcorner for the babys and children.
There is a big patio where you can have a fancy breackfast during sunrise .. you can olso have dinner .. or just have relaxing moment.
You can cook in a big barbeque situated in the patio.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house, garden, loggias, ample parking for 3 cars.

The house has a main entrance and you have a private parking for tree cars.

Interaction with guests

We would be happy, if the guest needs it, to help him and give him all the information and advice necessary to spend a pleasant holiday.

Other things to highlight

It is possible to do water sports such as surfing, snorkeling, puddlesurfing, swimming ... it is certainly advisable to bring with you equipment such as masks, snorkels, fins, inflatable mattresses, in order to enjoy the best of what the place offers.

In this place you can do so many sports and activities like surfing, puddlesurf, snorkeling, swimming and more, so our advice is to take with you all necessary for this if you want .. en order to have a very very great and sporty holiday

The costs of consumption of electricity and water utilities are excluded from the cost of the rent and will be counted at the time of check-out.
