His and her walk-in closets in Master bedroom are one of many favorite features of this apartment. Spacious living room is perfect for parties or quiet relaxation. It extends to lanai, here you can enjoy beautiful scenery and peace. Kitchen is U-shaped with a wide window into living room, keeping messy cooking out of direct eyes but let you be part of social happenings.

Trip to Naples

The place was very nice. But ar from place to eat . With this place you can not golf . But not a problem places are close. Naples is a very nice city.

Clean Condo within Treviso Bay, Location is Ideal to all Naples Activities

Condo was clean and close to local pool and pickle ball courts. Walking paths through out Treviso Bay are lovely and condo within 20 minutes from Downtown Naples. Pictures adequately represent condo. Management team responded timely to any questions. I would stay here again.

Very nice property

Very nice property in an excellent development. Property was just as advertised. We had an AC issue during our stay and the owner was very responsive. The check-in process could be a bit easier as many of the items were in different closets, etc. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful community

Very nice location and condo. Close to neighborhood pool. Beautiful setting. Condo is well equipped, but could use a little more small kitchen appliances. There were lots of towels and blankets. Comfortable master bedroom. Overlooks beautiful pond. Treviso Bay is a very nice community, but be aware it's a ways from the beach.

Immaculate, met all our needs well for a great vacation!

This property was well suited to our family’s vacation needs. Felt so clean when we walked in! Well equipped with washer and dryer in the unit, large master suite, screened in balcony with a peaceful, quiet view. The location is fantastic as it allows you easy access to Naples beach or Marco Island. Lots to do within the Treviso Bay community as well! I recommend reading over ALL of the Treviso Bay guidelines before renting in order to be well informed on their policies. Working with Olga ( the property manager) was a pleasure! She is responsive and very helpful!

Treviso Bay Condo 9554 Bldg

Perfect location in Trevi subdivision. Can see pickleball from walkway and small community pool. Barbecue stations near pool. Pickleball courts are great way to meet people from within TBay. Unit was super, but for a longer stay, you may consider bigger.. The unit was well stocked with the needed kitchen and other needs. Management was quick to answer and helped with what was needed. Would stay again.

Nice, but not well provisioned

This property is on the 4th floor and backs to a nice lake view. However, the kitchen is very sparsely equipped and the linens are in poor shape. The mattresses are average. This could be a very nice property, but most of the items in the unit are from Walmart or in poor shape. The unit is supposed to sleep 4 people minimum, but there are only 5 coffee cups. This means you have to do dishes everyday to have coffee in the morning. The towels and sheets were so bad, we had to go out and buy our own. While we were there a light bulb failed and there was not even an extra light bulb. The TV's were good, but the living room only has a sofa that will seat 3. So any time we wanted to watch TV, someone had to sit in a dining room chair. Overall it was ok, but it could be alot better with just a little bit of effort on the part of the landlord.

Taking into consideration all aspects we were happy with the accommodations

The rental was extremely clean which was important for us and well located with respect to the main pool and fitness area. The layout of the condo with respect to the kitchen access was not the best and based on other rentals it was minimally appointed.

Great place even with kids

We stayed (2 adults and 3 small kids) for about 3 weeks in this condo in Feb 2018. The condo looks like the picture and had all the things you need for the stay (except hair dryer and kids stuff). We had a bit of problem with the cleaning initially but once this was solved the condo was easy to keep clean (hardwood and tiles on the floors so good for those with allergies). The condo is located inside a massive complex including golf course, several swimming pools and houses of all kinds. The location inside the complex is fairly good (reasonable time to drive out of the complex) and very close to a nice small local pool. The condo is also close to the picketball courts that I think are available to use for free (sadly we did not play but do try if you have a chance as it looked like good fun). It is though a long walk to the main pool area (and gym). The complex is mainly occupied by retired US citizens and their visiting families. It is, thus, not full of foreign tourists, but at the same time sadly nor many locals working in the area. The location in relation to things to do is ok. We found that it took around 15-30 minutes to drive to most things. In terms of the beach, we just visited the beach right by 5th avenue (main street in Naples) as it allowed street parking just next to the beach which was great with the kids. If you play golf, the location is very good given that you have a course in the complex as well as close to other things. If you (like us), do not play golf you would ideally want to be a bit more up north of Naples (as compared to South-East where the condo is) to have quicker access to shops, mall, restaurants, zoo, beaches, travel to Fort Myers etc. Still, most places around Naples can be reached with a 20 minute drive so it is not too bad. There are also some Publix, good Mexican restaurants, playgrounds etc close by the condo, so that is convenient. Naples is a fairly upper class place for retired people which shows in the type of shops and restaurants there are in down town. Friendly people and no worries having kids there, but just good to know what to expect. Overall, we would recommend the condo to others including families with small kids. It is a very functional unit close to the elevator, parking and small nice pool.

Condo in a great community

We very much enjoyed our month's stay in this almost brand-new condo. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 32-unit building. The lanai is overlooking a water feature and a reserve. All of the furnishings, utensils, and appliances were brand new. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
